This is probably the worst bk in Omaha it took 10 minutes to get 2 rodeo cheese burgers while dining in with no other guests in the lobby and only 1 order In drive thru the lobby is complete infested with Flys I spent more time swatting Flys than it took me to eat my meal there was no Ice in the pop machine and the cashier seemed inconvenienced to get ice for my drink

I stopped by to grab a Whopper with Cheese Sandwich for dinner. I placed my order in the Lobby. Just two workers were visible, one taking orders and one preparing food. I watched while the food preparer made sandwiches with his bare hands. Scooped lettuce, grabbed tomatoes, handled cheese. He left the food station a couple of times to load burgers into the fryer, all while using his bare hands. No hand washing. Both workers seemed confused about the orders being worked on. My order, a car in the drive through’s order and another guy who was waiting for his dine in order. In fact, they had to unwrap my sandwich to see if it was the right one, then rewrapped it and still got it wrong. I ended up with someone else’s double Whopper. The lobby was clean, in fact the front end worker tried to tell the eat in guy that he needed to take his sandwich and go because she was closing the lobby to finish mopping. He just told her to mop around him. Lol. The Douglas County Health Dept needs to visit this Burger King’s kitchen and the owner needs to review health, safety and customer service with his or her staff. I wish this scenario was not typical of Burger King’s in Omaha, but sadly it is. This chain needs some serious rehab or it will not survive.

The store is never busy but it took a long time to get my food. I was the 2nd car in the drive thru. The fries were not very hot and service was NOT with a smile though he was courteous. The store number was cut off of the receipt so I couldn’t complete the survey. Unless something changes to create a memorable experience, I can see this BK unfortunately closing.

Okay so there are lots of burger kings! However, it’s this one that gave me and my friends the best treat ever! It may have taken quite a while but it was so worth it, so fresh, and dare I say… let’s see… the word is phenomenal service!
