I’ve been here a few times for breakfast since relocating to Maize. The staff has been professional and got my order right every time. However, I went a couple weeks ago and there was a pickup at the speaker box. After a few minutes they pulled up. I pulled up to the speaker and waited for a few minutes with no response. I decided I would do something else for breakfast and left. Today I try again. Nobody in line. Wait 3-4 minutes with no answer. So I pull up to the window. Lo and behold there’s a sign saying they open at 10:30. What?! Who in their right mind offers breakfast and doesn’t open until 10:30? Who’s eating breakfast after 10:30? Now I get on to post this review and see they close at 6:30 pm. What?! I think at this point, just go ahead and close the store. This isn’t much more than an inconvenience at this point. Needless to say but I won’t be back. Not too big of a deal though since BK is one of my least favorite restaurants anyway.

Stopped again today, big mistake. Set at the drive thru gave up went inside and saw there was no one cooking, taking orders,…2:45 PM. Might as well close down. It was better when Kwick shop had their own kitchen.

I went in to get lunch today and the service was ok. What wasn’t ok is the gal making sandwiches complaining about the customers and asking another employee why cant people just go home and make thier own food why come here? I won’t be returning to this location ever again.

If you have 30-45 minutes to kill, then come to their drive thru around lunch time. With one car in front of you, you will wait 15 minutes to place your order and then sit another 20 minutes waiting for them to open the window to take your payment and hand you your food. Not coming back!

Will only go there in the evening hours. The evening crew is more professional, friendlier, and way better service. They actually make your food the way you want it. Management makes sure every customer leaves satisfied and with a smile

These workers some of the toughest people honestly there is never more that 3 of them working at a time due to people quitting and they are always busting their butts to get people their food as quickly as possible. Upon reading the reviews I am disgusted at the way some of you entitled people are acting. I’d like to see y’all try to run a fast food location that’s understaffed during lunch rush, let’s see if you get all of the orders right and out within 5min. Anyways I 10/10 recommend this location!

Average run of the mill experience. Unfortunately this place still can’t seem to get your order right. “Have ot your way, at Burger King” certainly doesn’t apply to this location. Even if you are standing in the lobby, they will mess it up. I’ve been here 4 or 5 times (we try desperately to avoid this one) and they’ve never gotten it right.

Never fails, every time I go through the drive through at this location they ask me to pull to the front for my order. As a result I have to park, wait then back out after they bring it out. It’s fast food and nobody is ever behind me.
