Stopped by on my long drive from Austin to Minneapolis at about 11pm on Thursday August 10th. I don’t eat much fast food anymore, but was very impressed. Double whopper looked exactly like the pic and was the best whopper that I remember ever having. Fries were super fresh. Staff was very friendly. Pleasantly surprised

Came in this morning and waited and waited at the counter and saw no one. Finally saw a lady in the back and she finally saw me told me to wait and went into office to chat with another lady. Finally came and took my order and the other lady went to prepare it. I asked for crispy tater tots, and the lady preparing took tots from the bin and put them back In the fryer. I asked for unsweetened tea and got sweet tea. The tots I got were not crispy and were still soggy. Never again will stop here. It seems that every time I try this place, there are problems.

We stopped by here late night on our way to KC. Isabella & Daniel were amazing! Isabella told us it would be a couple minutes for our food as they were making it fresh & it was amazing! We don’t always get that which is why we don’t eat a lot of fast food, but we were extremally happy with the service & the food! Thank you for making our visit amazing!

Wonderful experience tonight. The food was very good and full like they should be. Service was excellent. Very friendly staff kind of a wait but hey I’d rather wait and have hit fresh food than something that has been made and sitting there. My only complaint is they used to accept 2 coupons but would only accept 1. So glad this location has changed and everything is back to better than it used to be!

Burger King has really gone downhill. Had a need to feed after midnight and they’re only taking orders through their app. One young man is working the place by himself. He was much faster than the full crew put my order together the time before this visit. That was very weird. Took about 4 minutes to take my order. Paid at first window then cashier told me wait before I drove to second window, she’d tell me when. So, when car before me left I went ahead and moved up. It took 10 minutes to get my hot burger and little heat left fries. Shift leader explained to me this is management instructions to help them be more timely with orders. It was slow and stupid. No one anywhere does it that way. After this visit I’m just sure if I want to give this store any further business. What is it about the never hot fries in this friggin town?!

Ok I didn’t want to write a negative review about this place since I don’t know if its just as bad all the time or just the night shift on the weekend so I just want to make myself clear that this review is only for the last couple visits which both have been late nights, now that being said I just find it hard to believe that they actually take people’s money for whatever they call that they give people, I ordered two sandwiches one double whopper meal which comes with cheese and it’s supposed to be pretty nice, and a bacon king or something like that but just the sandwich and I told the guy to add jalapenos to both and to have a frozen coke instead of the regular drink. So they charged me 25 bucks just to come home to both sandwiches without cheese and no jalapenos and the bacon king sandwich was supposed to be a double meat and double cheese with bacon and it was just a single meat no cheese no jalapenos and no double meat. I mean I understand it’s hard to find people who want to work the night shift or even work at all but when you have people that all they do is give the restaurant and the owners a bad reputation by taking people’s money for a lousy service and even worst food quality. The only thing that was the way it was supposed to be was the frozen coke, I mean you would really have to go out of your way to mess that up but I wouldn’t be surprised if they did.

Held us at window 1 after we paid & told us it would be a few minutes before our burger was ready, told us NOT to pull up to window 2. We did what they asked but the 3 cars behind us were probably blaming us for the slow service since we sat blocking the pay window & line for close to 5 min. Embarrassing!!

I Love Burger Kings breakfast and they have the best fast food Breakfast Burritos in town. I’M Talking about the Eggnormous Burrito and this thing is huge and worth every penny. I always go for the all Bacon Eggnormous Burrito with a Diet Cherry DP and you have to try this burrito otherwise you’re missing out. Nice friendly staff as well and great deals.

Nuggets hard enough to sound like a rock hitting a hard surface..Told them no cheese… got cheese.. sweet n sour didn’t taste or smell normal.. had a sour smell as if it was expired…worker was just chatting with someone outside with headset instead of actually working…? Unless they were on break that part could have been my own misunderstanding. Would do one star by we got good fries, and the lady was still nice. I also wish the sweet n sour packets showed the expiration dates..? Not the workers fault though..
