Waited at the drive thru speaker box last night for a doordash order for 10-15 minutes with no response from the lady clearly working inside the building. Another customer (who had been waiting for about the same time) had to pull up to the window to get help, and she told them that the location was closed for the evening. Would have taken two seconds to be considerate enough to let us know through her headset, but instead we waited 15 min, missed out on an order with an actual tip, and then got penalized for it on doordash. Is it so hard to understand that other people are trying to make a living too?

Food is never fresh and the employees have no enthusiasm or interest in their job. Either I’m getting cold or sloppy quality food. Maybe it’s a day when the food is fresh but definitely something is missing in the bag. Big disappoinment.

The food was great! Lots of technology at this Burger joint! Touch screens for service in case of service busy, screens for playing games, lots of space for seating and the bathroom is in good shape!

Ita really a bummer how this place is operating. Honestly shocked it’s still open. It’s called fast food, right? Welp. 0 people in the lobby. A car or 2 in the drive thru. 15ish minutes later, I got food. But my order was wrong. Guess I don’t get to have it my way. ♂️

Really good people! It was a clean restaurant, bathrooms was spotless and I know this is probably a crazy review but most fast food bathrooms are really nasty! It was really busy in there and the manger that was on duty was amazing she even brought my family and I food out to where was seating, I can’t remember her name however she is the GM. We will only come to this location after that amazing experience from arriving to leaving!!!!!

I like the interior, nice and clean! Having the option to order delivery via Door Dash is pretty nice.You can use the order kiosk or talk to the cashier to put in your order. I love being able to pay with Google Pay instead of my card.

1015 on a Tuesday there were two people working hard in here to ensure meals came out hot and perfect. I asked for no salt on my fries. I received no salt on my fries. Pleasantly surprised and satisfied.

I ordered online for pickup by a relative. I did not find a way to order for a later time pick up. I called in and the person who answered said he would handle it. Of course, evidently the message was not handled well. My family member arrived and had to get me to send the receipt to clear it up. The company needs to handle the time issue or state up front that they do not schedule later pickups.
