The worlds most inconvenient fast food restaurant there is. I truly don’t understand why this Burger King is always closed. Example: the post has a holiday on Monday, but for some reason why their hours Friday were 11 AM through 2 PM… and even less over the weekend, and then finally completely closed Monday… not to be insensitive, but why do the Burger King employees have less work hours then soldiers.

The wait time for a fast food restaurant is ridiculous. I have been to this location three times and each time I have had to wait WAY to long for simple orders. One time I actually went in to see what was taking so long and found that the employees were empathetic (didn’t care and didn’t have a sense of urgency) and were undermanned. The owner needs to figure out how to fix the issues, especially since the issue is intensified during known times…. LUNCH!

I only come here once every year or so, and every single time I say to myself “oh wow this place has a bad reputation from every time, and every time I’ve come here has been pretty bad, I MUST luck out this time.” Nope. The same place that gave me food sickness, has never gotten my order right every time I’ve given the benefit of the doubt, I just get disappointed once again. It’s so bad even by my low standards for fast food coming from Arkansas where they try bumming $20 change and still mess up my order and are all high, the burger king on fort riley I’d like to start a documentary on, some serious CID research investigation on how a drive thru restaurant I’ll go thru with NO ONE ELSE IN LINE BEFORE OR AFTER, and STILL manage to be so bad. I am thoroughly dumbfounded. I’m actually impressed.

Nothing is wrong with the Burger King per se. Everything is fine. The 3 star rating is due to the hours. I understand that they’re short staffed but I can’t help but think that if they were to improve their hours they would be able to serve more people. This is the first BK I have seen that opens at 1030 in the morning and they close early as well. I wish I could give a better rating.
