Earlier today I ordered some food from Burger King (The point in going there) and when I went up to the speaker through drive thru, they introduced themselves to me and were extremely nice with everything and made sure that everything I had was correct along with the speed. Most places only have 1 or the other but Burger King managed to have both. People say they are slow and rude, but I’ve never had this encounter, and anytime speed was sort of slow was mainly because there was only 1 person working if not 2. I will say, Burger king here really did shock me due to having bad interactions with past burger kings anywhere else.

On 13 May 2023 around 930am I ordered a breakfast for my family at the junction city Burger King. When I got home noticed items were missing, so I called to complain. When I called I explained that this isn’t the first time this happened at this BK just the first time I called to complain. The person who I spoke with ( the manager for that shift) put me on hold after explaining what happened and it’s not the first time. After about 1 minute, they hung up the phone and didn’t answer again after I repeatedly called. They don’t have a working voicemail. I really hope someone from that store reads this review and fixes this problem. Seems like the prices go up but quality of service goes down. I work hard to earn my money and for them to continue to rip me off is unfair.

This is my favorite location in the area. When the fries are fresh, they are the best here. The burgers are good as well when fresh. I recommend going when it’s a little busy so there’s a higher chance of it being fresh. The workers are always nice, despite being short staffed sometimes. I will say, the drive thru lane itself can be hard to turn around the building, it’s so narrow that I always curb hop in my midsized truck. If I don’t curbjump then my tire wall or rim gets to kiss the curb, which my husband always complains about when it happens.

Where to begin? This restaurant is the worst of all the slow food joints in town. Their food is nasty and should be disposed of by incineration immediately. The managers of this joint should be re-educated in basic hygiene and food safety practices. Customer service should be top priority but seriously fall in second behind cellular technology.

Slow, waited for food and wasn’t busy, yet could have been making fresh due to slower time in day possibly from their norm. However wasn’t issue as food wasn’t hardly warm would have been hot and bun was so burnt that couldn’t eat it anyways. Made sick with heartburn after taking first couple bites to discover it was burnt to that degree. Let down this is usually a fav. Spot don’t get to go out much due to treat basis, major disappointment. Hopefully redeemed in future visits to come
