I always go during off peak hours. But customer service is awesome. Not stressed out. Order accurate. speed of order to delivery in hand excellent . Food taste just like every other Burger King food I love chicken sandwiches and Whoppers. And they have consistentency of taste of all Burger King I visit. Love that. Definitely would recommend this Burger King.

Absolutely done with ALL Burger King’s locations. The experience here was horrid. Placed my order thru the app, which is quite cumbersome, after completing the order in their parking lot I proceeded to the drive thru where we sat for about 8 minutes before someone asked for our order,I told them I was picking up a mobile order and gave them the order number, pulled forward and WAITED again, when I got to the window I told them the mobile order number again, and was told they don’t sell the diet drink that I ordered in their app so I asked to replace them with any diet drink they had, WAITED again and finally when the girl at the counter gathered our order together and got it bagged up she dropped one of the bags of our food (which is understandable) so we had to wait for them to clean the food up and mop the floor inside and when she finally decided to hand us our food I made the mistake of believing they had checked the order and replaced what had fell and went ahead and pulled away only to discover a Premium Chicken Sandwich and large fry were missing. I pulled back around to the front of the building, went inside and asked for the manager, the cashier said hang on just a second, but after he done whatever he was doing he walked over and asked what he could do for me, I said I need to speak with the manager and he replied I am the manager. Maybe I’m just getting old but I knew this was a worthless discussion but I proceeded to tell him that given the time it took to get our food it could have at least been the correct order. He grabbed a chicken sandwich and placed it in a bag and I was on my way, didn’t even want to stand there another second and left to discover i still didn’t have the fry but I was already on the highway and tried to eat.

I don’t know about all the small complaining reviews, BUT I don’t even like any Burger King’s for real EXCEPT THIS BURGER KING IN JEFFERSON CITY MO regardless of the small stuff the food is always GREAT, GOOD and I work on the road and have the opportunity to try several Burger King’s and this store takes me back to my childhood when I loved Burger King when the food was always FRESH, nowadays with the holding bins yuck you don’t know what you’re going to get so I don’t stop at Burger King in any town anymore, ACCEPT THE BURGER KING IN JEFFERSON CITY MO I’ll drive from Columbia MO just to go there to have lunch and go back home that says a lot I understand every place has its issues but at least I also know when I come Here I’m NEVER DISAPPOINTED!!!

Asked for a sprite got a carbonated water. sat in the drive thru with out anyone talking for for 10 minutes asked for no tomatoes or mayo and sure enough they were both on there horrible place where people don’t care about people.

Yes, I know, fast food places usually get a horrid rap, especially in the city. But this joint surprises me every time I go there. Our orders are not always spot on. Sometimes, it takes a little longer in the drive thru, but it’s usually worth it.

My girlfriend and I went here a week ago it was insanely busy and very slow and they said it was going to be a wait for our food and all that is fine I understand but when we got our food we each ordered an impossible burger to come home and find out it was actually real meat!! My girlfriend cannot eat meat and both our burgers were rare with PINK MEAT not orange ish/brownish veggies burger it was actually pink and red for both burgers we couldn’t even eat them and lost out on money. This could raise a lawsuit so please get your stuff right. And if I can get a refund please and thank you!

We pulled into drive through and was told they were not taking orders due to being under staff at 9:25 pm on 4/20/23. We went next door to Pizza Hut and noticed the same SUV visiting an employees in the parking lot was ordering through drive thru and the foods was brought out to the SUV. There was a car sitting outside of the restaurant and their food was also brought out. No wonder so many Burger Kings are closing. Wish there was a no star selection.
