It’s hard to beat the char broiled flavor of a BK burger, particularly the Whopper, if you are in the mood for it. They also have the Impossible Whopper, which is a plant based patty with all the Whopper trimmings. I decided to go inside today instead of going through the drive thru. Three people were working, but only one took orders, so I had to wait a little longer than what seemed necessary. When he did get to me, he was very hard to understand. I will most likely go back some day, but overall, BK is not a top choice restaurant for me.

My husband and I came in to order some breakfast and from the very beginning the customer service was not great at all. They charged us extra for soda because we wanting that instead of coffee I have been to other burger kings before and that’s the first time I have ever had to pay extra because of the drink. Next we asked for the meals to be medium sized and they gave us smalls and when I asked about it they said that the size they gave me was medium even though I know for sure they were smalls and the hash browns was really old and tasted like cooking oil. Then the soda machine wasn’t working and when I asked the worker if she can please come and fix it she rolled her eyes at us. All around the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any restaurant. But I believe it’s not the restaurant it’s the workers.

If there’s only one person working the joint just stop taking orders for crying out loud. Went through the drive through and was told to park or front……. With a dozen other cars all waiting on orders. Some people started leaving even though they had paid already. Oh yeah… Also if a person confirms with the person taking the order three times that I don’t want damn pickles on my burger… That probably means I don’t want damn pickles on my burger. Not going back to this waste of time

Great people work here in the evening! They were so busy when I showed up that I didn’t want to go in, but happy wife happy life so in we went. The amount of stress was palpable, they had to be overwhelmed, yet they maintained their composure and smiled through it all. Even found time to come check on us to see if everything was ok. The service was fantastic and the place was clean but the food was sub par and expensive. Nothing the employees did, it’s just BK food isn’t the greatest. Too much sugar in the buns, the chicken fries are missing the chicken part and the patties don’t taste like hamburger. But, we may go back for the service!

I came In around 10:15 pm and ordered a original chicken sandwich I asked for extra mayo and told cashier I didn’t want excessive amount but to put extra he said ok when I got my sandwich there was enough mayo for three sandwiches I went back thru and Bobbie fixed it right away he was very nice and very professional over all an awesome employee he made sure I was happy before leaving and I was my sandwich was awesome thank you keep up the great work

My favorite meal is the #1, Whopper, hands down! The fries have been HOT when I’ve gotten them. You can keep your McD, I’ll take BK any day of the week! Char broiled burgers that are the best in the business, IMHO.
