As someone who worked in customer service for decades I realize I might have high expectations, but THIS locations drive through has hands down THE WORST customer service of any Burger King in the area. Everytime I’ve been through there the kid at the window is short, cold and just plain unfriendly. Perhaps they should seek out people who understand what good customer service is, cause this just isn’t it. We will be driving to Miners BK from now on, no matter how out of the way or inconvenient it may be, at least they don’t act like we are bugging them there.

The Manager, bless her heart, really was trying to work with customers and help, but one employee just stared blankly up at the screens inside, with their hood up was less than unpleasant. After 45 minutes in the drive thru (only one person was in front of us for the first 20 minutes) more unpleasantness, we finally get home and they had given us the wrong order. We had given up at that point and decided after the experience we had it wasn’t worth going back.

Do not go here. I waited for 20 minutes just to be told my order hadn’t been started. You’ll wait in line for dozens of minutes. And when you wanna speak to a manager, a teenager will show up and act like they’re the manager… Resulting in nothing. This store doesn’t care about customers!

Unfortunately the service was slow we waited over 10 minutes for our food after waiting 5 minutes to be waited on. Everyone was friendly but looked kuke they were under staffed.

From the moment we came in door, the man behind counter was professional, kind, friendly and very helpful and patient with my wife and my 2 yr grandson during menu selection. His kindness extended into dining area. He offered us a paper and was attentive to anything we needed. His positive attitude made our visit to your store a much more pleasant experience. I wish I had got his name. He was a taller man with dark hoodie. Appreciate this kind of service. The entire staff seemed to be very friendly and helpful as well. Fast food rarely offers such service.

This location must be the absolute worst BK I’ve ever experienced. Tonight I went in to order after trying to use the app but I guess you cannot use the rewards program and pay with cash so my 5 dollar order turned into a 10 dollar order instead. For $10 and my five minute wait at the counter prior to ordering in an empty restaurant I received a chicken sandwich not even warm! It was almost as if it had been warmed at some point but never cooked at all! It was soggy and room temperature… So disgusting. A large onion ring also soggy and room temperature with a ton of salt, as if that could mask the obvious failure to produce a fresh hot product! Ten dollars for that? This insult added to the previous experiences of twice ordering at the drive through only to pull up and be told that the card machine didn’t work and they could not give me the order and just three days later I ordered and when I got to the window I was told the system was updating so come back in a couple hours because they couldn’t place my order now. Not only did they allow me to order at the window only to then say go away, there was no offer of apology or discount nothing. A few weeks prior to that I specifically ordered a burger with only bacon cheese and mayo and a large fry but discovered too late that it was a huge mess of lettuce onion wet sloppy tomatoes and pickles which all had to be scraped and the bun was wet and gross plus I did not even get the fries at all.

Don’t get an iced coffee from this location at least not on the weeke d .it will just be Vanilla syrup . And no it doesn’t normally look a shade off white. Tried to get it remade was told no thats how Iit is i can give u a mocha . NO ITS SUPPOSED TO HAVE COFFEE IN IT!!!

NO NO NO!!!! WOULD BE MORE USE AS A PARKING LOT…..Worst location, service is occasional. Sit at drive thru menu until 2 cars ahead get ,pay and leave before asking my order. other times sit at drive thru and no one answers,go to leave driving around building and manager is outside side door on cellphone arguing with boyfriend. This place sucks…close it…..
