This is the worst possible BK I’ve ever visited. It will be the final time that we ever eat here! I refuse to waste my money on poor food quality & horrible customer service. Not only did I order in the app & wait 30mins to get my food, but it was not fresh. My daughter wanted mozzarella sticks & they were so old that they were hard. Save your money & go somewhere that cares about your food quality. Go somewhere that wants you to be there!

Food is a toss up if it’s going to be good or not. Drive thru is horrible. You wait forever and when you get your food, you better check it throughly. Fries are usually cold so I get mine with no salt to make them give me hot fries. Called to tell them I had gotten wrong sandwich in my bag and they were supposed to get me a new one after I get a call from corporate. They never called and I just gave up. Bad thing is, I really like Burger King but it’s going down hill fast and I been going to Wendy’s a lot more.

Employees are rude, and drive thru is slow even though there are 2 lanes plus half the time my order isnt right or they only give me 6/8 chicken nuggets. Its ridiculous. but kid area is open again.

The fries were cold and part of my order was left off. While sitting there eating about 7 people came in to return their food because something was missing, their order wasn’t made right, or was given the wrong drink. The play room was filthy and the workers were too busy discussing who was getting written up.

I went to the bathroom to use it and a employee was using it and he walked right out and didn’t wash his hands and went right to the kitchen and I told them what he did and all they could say he’s washing them now because I told on him a point him out never eating there again

What’s not to love about Burger King The only bad thing is the tea. If they would keep it cold it wouldn’t sour.
