I was over charged, and they refused to refund my card. Onion rings and chicken fingers where over cook and cold. My whopper was soggy. And I did get my expensive shake. The two drive thru employee’s were very nice, but the manager was so TERRIBLE!!! the employee’s seemed so nervous and overwhelmed because of his attitude.

Can someone please explain to me what is going on? Every morning that I decide to stop in, here is the routine. There is literally never anyone in line at all, but I am still told “we will be with you shortly” at the drive through. When they finally take my order, they immediately take my money, then told to pull forward to wait for my breakfast. There is NO ONE in line in front or behind me, but still pull forward to wait. As I write this, I have been waiting 11 minutes for 2 Jr. Breakfast burriotos. I can totally understand if they were busy. There is literally never anyone else there as a customer. What is going on?!
