If you are going here plan on getting your order wrong. They always screw up my order and this time I decided to actually call and they said they would only replace my sandwich and that I had to bring it back even if it’s a week later. Come on. Do better. There was no one in drive through and 1 car in the parking lot which was probably the employees car. No rush… not busy… and still can’t get the order right. Oh ya and if you don’t have a coupon plan on paying $10+ a person these days.

Ordered a double cheese burger meal. The amount asked to pay was over $12. Upon asking the drive thru lady to confirm the order and if they rang me up for the correct meal she said yes. I paid and got my food and receipt. They charged for a double whopper meal even after I questioned the accuracy. I then went inside and and older gentlemen working was the biggest jerk, and had a lousy attitude. After I explained the situation, and the receipt that I was charged for a double whopper meal but given a double cheeseburger meal I asked to either get what I paid for or a refund. He told me they don’t give refunds and told me to call corporate, Sorry! I believe they were doing some type of scam, charging people for more expensive items, and pocketing the money. Makes me worry these people had my credit card as well. Terrible service, rude employees. Left without food, or a refund.

As disgusted as I am, Burger King actually did me a favor. I had not had the Impossible Meal in over a year and have had it only a couple times since returning home. Well after this last purchase, I won’t be going back. I needed to totally emancipate myself from process foods anyway. So thank you. I was given an old reheated burger with a huge bite already taken and smashed up bread and no telling what else that I couldn’t spot with the naked eye. The French fries had been dipped in salt! Oh, but the lemonade was good! This is not THE WAY I would have preferred to have it and definitely far from royal treatment. So keep your crown and that sad slogan that needs retiring!

First, i couldnt tell either they were asking my to wait or take my order. So I waited about 3 min before someone said something else, I told him im having trouble hearing him, he didnt acknowledge or attempt to correct, so i just said my order. The guy who took my order had a headset in one ear and an earpod in the other. As soon as i got to the second window, we were told to pull up to the door, when we finally got our food, they forgot to give us the drink we paid for, didnt realize that till i got home. My whooper was dry and the bottom bun was covered in seasoning, so much so that i couldnt eat it

Was in drive thru for 15 min. They only took orders from 2 cars at a time. Burger was so thin you could read a paper thru it! They charge more, give less, and give more attitude than most places. Will not be returning.
