I’ve visited this Burger King pretty regularly, never again. Made an order of 2 chicken wraps, 1 without tomato. Had to repeat my request 3 times, listened to the team member repeat my request, repeated the request at the window when the team member inaccurately listed my order at the window, still got my order wrong.

Demarcus who claimed to be the assistant manager , was incredibly rude at the window refused to add another item to my order when asked and tried forcing me to drive around through the drive through again to reorder. He took an extremely long time preparing my food and was eyeing me the whole entire time through the window like he did something to my food. Burger King on Jefferson has really went downhill over the past few years. I would strongly advise finding a new assistant store manager if he is even the manager. I sure hope he wasn’t because the quality of service at the window was definitely 1 out of 5.

The first time I ordered from this location through Doordash it was great. The second time, I went in person after placing an order through the app and the chicken fries were good but my fries were not cooked all the way and just weren’t right. The third I had just now, Doordash again, the fries were good but the chicken fries were cold when I got them and not crispy like at all.
