The Great Satan
It’s funny doing reviews because people who are helping you don’t know who’s going to leave the reviews. They have no idea that the one person they make wait 29 minutes for “fast food” is the one who’s going to leave the review. I chose to go inside like a moron mostly because it’s a newly renovated location and I wanted to get pictures of the inside for this review. I ordered at 12:51 and didn’t get my food until 1:20. This is completely unacceptable. The food is fine as usual but if you want to be serviced here you have to use the drive-thru. Going inside means you’re going to wait because the drive-thru gets priority and everybody else is screwed.

Once again, the morning staff (she/her) was completely discourteous and not because she was busy. I was the only one in the drive through, immediately recognized her voice and speech mannerisms, and knew that it was going to be an uncomfortable process. This BK is on a military base, whatever happened to the positive message that is supposed to go with “serving those who serve”?

When I asked for a salad, she kind of snapped at me that they don’t have dressing because they’re trying to discontinue salads. I didn’t mind that too much because I figured they’re stressed. I ask for a chicken sandwich instead.

An employee said I gave her a $10 bill instead of. $20 when I just took out $100 from atm so could not have had a $10. I hope she needed it more than I did. I called management and told me they would check the drawer at end of day. I’m sure that employee just took a $10 before clocking out. Sad honesty is not longer

You would think being on a military instalation they would have atleast decent customer service for our military members , this is the worse service I’ve ever had, and the fact that it was from the manager is sad. I was given attitude while trying to put in my order and was constantly being shut down and yelled at. Was trying my best to stay calm, but the fact that manager Beng kept comming at me the way she did made me feel uncomfortable to even eat at my own base.
