Order food and was the only customer and was told they were short staff and it would be awhile. 1 employee was on house cell phone while the other came to the window to tell me to pull forward . After 7 minutes of waiting still no food. The was told after the 7 minute wait it would be longer because there was only 2 employees. Come to find out there was 3 employees working and still no food. This is in Danville Illinois on main street. Poor customer service close the place down!!!!!!

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Nobody was wearing gloves! Smoking cigarettes going back in & touching peoples food.Girl messing with food & holding her dirty cell phone.Dirty,don’t care about their job or people’s health! Needs to be investigated & management needs replaced with clean strict management that actually cares about their job,does it correctly,& cares about the customers that’s paying their hard earned money for dirty,disgusting,nasty germ invested food!! Don’t hire dirty people to work with people’s food!

I agree with the negative feedback that has been said for the past couple of years. The fact that it hasn’t changed is disturbing. Whomever owns this location should be taking this feedback seriously and working to improve the customer service and food there. My family and I experienced and witnessed the same unpleasant things as the others have stated. The manager was rude to customers. We ordered a junior whopper and got a cheeseburger. When the manager was told of the mistake she looked bothered. It’s like know the difference! My whopper was the worse I’ve ever had. One worker was scratching her scalp while in the kitchen and touching things. They don’t know their inventory. Told me they were out of bottled water after I paid a d waited for my food. As a manager myself, these are easy things to improve on. Take pride in your work and give customers a good experience and good food. That’s all we ask.

I ordered 2 double croissants, two regular sausage, egg and cheese croissant and four small hashbrowns only got three somebody cannot count. Whoever in charge needs to make sure people orders are right. Called never answered the phone. Too much to spend on food and your order not right.

Better than the location they have up north in my opinion but to no surprise much like most establishments in Danville this place could use some renovations I don’t feel like the food is terrible but I also feel like the food could be better staff seemed like they were in tune with everything all in all it was a pleasant experience

Management is a joke and needs to be replaced. She’s as lazy as the workers she hires. On numerous occasions I have went inside, only for employees to be sleeping in the lobby, talking on the phone in the back or just plain goofing off. All the while, customers are waiting for orders. I waited 15 minutes for my order. It took over 5 minutes before I even saw an employee, while I sat there staring at my online order on the screen that should have been already done and ready for pick up. It then took another 10 minutes to get an employee to make the order. The drive thru was dead and I was the only customer inside. This place and their employees need reevaluated.

Saddest display of any burger restaurant ive been to yet… people were clean and nice, just not wanting to take a order the idea of paid per hour is most definitely at play here…food was what should have been expected and tasted well as long as you dont mind getting what they want to give instead of what you ordered.
