My food was sub-standard (not very warm), but Anita was a bright spot in my day. She said to go ahead and get my drink, and she would bring my tray out. My meal was ready before I got my drink and found a seat, but she said she’d just follow me when I was done to bring my tray to wherever I sat. Thank you, Anita! I appreciate you and I hope management does, too.

This place just disgust me. They are always out of breakfast food every single time I order doordash. I’m beyond upset because Burger King happens to be 1 of my favorite places to have breakfast, I love the junior burritos meal an they’re always out. I will never and I do mean never order from here again. Yall need to shut this store down PERIOD.

The staff here today has a lack of work ethic. The lobby is dirty not professional, cashier clearly does not want to be at work standing around like he has no job duties. Manager working all the front area. Drinking in the line. No good service. No enthusiasm!! Needs better training with the young crowd!

Been here a few times that’s why I stopped yesterday never had any issues before except yesterday! Absolutely ridiculous spent almost $50 for them to pull us forward and wait over 15 minutes for our food. Food wasn’t even fresh the ladies in drive thru were not friendly. didn’t get straws for our drinks and they forgot our onion rings. Went in they didn’t even apologize just acted like it was an inconvenience. Put very little onion rings in a large too. Get it together

I ordered a double sausage croissant meal for breakfast this morning and was informed they was out of orange juice. Not a huge deal things happen asked if I could get a bottle of water instead, low and behold out of those as well. Got to work and discovered that I discovered I had a single sandwich. I called and spoke with Iesha who told me she was GM “it was not her problem” and that ” I could bring the sandwich back or not come back to the restaurant if did not like it”. Iesha then hung up on me. I strongly advise anybody to stay clear of this place. This was the GM I spoke with, so you can only imagine a person like this in a leadership role!

The GM and server Sirr were great, had bubbly and friendly attitudes and were very helpful in regards to everything. They made sure food is fresh and quick and we’re respectful. It was definitely great coming back to Burger king after a long minute and being welcomed with new and friendly personalities.

Ok, first they was out of orange juice and bottled water at breakfast time, then made a mistake on my breakfast sandwich this morning so I called to see if I could have my order replaced at another time. I spoke with Iesha who said she was the General Manager. I was told that she didn’t have time to hear any complaints and that she was not replacing my order. She was extremely rude then hung up on me while I was talking. Please save yourself the headache and stay clear of this place! That’s there leadership! U can only imagine how that trickles down. This was my family’s favorite breakfast stop but NEVER AGAIN! STAY CLEAR!!!

Worst service i ever experienced… over 30 minutes waiting for food before i asked for a refund because i didnt want to wait anymore and wanted to leave and they refused a refund to me. Stating they do no refunds. They stated that it was training day and had a few middle schoolers working behind the counter. If this is a one time thing i could be more understanding but this has become a regular occurance and i do not plan to come back. With mc donalds tore down i figured BK would be second closest thing in that area, just looking for a cheap happy meal for the kids. The manager was rude, loud and and did not care about her customers.

They are under new management, and the improvements have been 10 fold! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about their job duties. The store was clean. The food was fresh and hot. I will definitely recommend this place.
