I’ve had this place twice in a week and both times were good. Burgers were hot and fresh, fries good, drink good. Everything was correct on both orders. This Burger King is better than the one in Morton, where I live. I’ve had so many bad experiences at he Morton one, I just gave up. I’m glad I can come to this one when I’m in town and actually enjoy all of my food. Thanks BK on University.

Took 7 minutes before they answered the headset, had to say hello multiple times. Only one person ahead of me having to knock on the window multiple times to get helped. 30 minute drive through process for one order and terrible service. never coming here again. they at least had 4 staff members visible inside.

Second time I’ve stopped here and they cant take my order. Tonight was bc the broiler was down. Last time everyone in the drive thru left bc they wouldn’t take orders and was asked to be patient after waiting almost 10 minutes. Never wasting my time at this location ever again!

My burger was not made correctly. When I went in for it to be right, Cook stated I never said I didn’t want them ingredients on it. I showed the receipt, and the cashier also agreed with me that I did. The tone of his voice changed, with an attitude since he was proving wrong.

With the car ahead of us pulling away shortly after we arrived, it took us almost 10 minutes to even be acknowledged by the staff conversing on the other side of the window. Once we finally paid we were told to pull forward as they were waiting on the chicken fries. A little annoyed but sympathetic to the staffing situation these days we had no problem but after another almost 20 minutes we still had not received our food. For context the whole order was a 6 dollar value meal and chicken nuggets with a sprite, pretty simple nothing overly demanding. I finally got out of the car and went inside to discover 2 employees staring at the order screen like it was in a foreign language and by this time the other few customers approached the counter as well since they too had been waiting far too long for the term fast food to be used. After a few more minutes the staff finally started moving and got me a bag of room temperature food that had clearly been ready for awhile and a burger prepared wrong. Absolutely pitiful experience and despite being a huge BK fan I will not be returning to this location. Wasted way too much of my girlfriend’s hour lunch break waiting on mediocre at best service and food. Save your hard earned money and valuable time and avoid this BK.

Waited in the drive through for 20 min. Never ordered. 2 cars in front of me pulled off. We parked and came in. Theres only 3 people working. And 1 of them isnt even helping shes chatting with a customer in the lobby when she could be helping get the food out faster or wait on customers. I waited another 5 min before being waited on even though i was the only lerson in line. Then another 5 min before being told it was a 6 min wait on my chicken sandwich. They are jjst walking back and fourth literally doing nothing.

I am very disappointed in my experience at this location (BK on University) I ordered an impossible whopper and my husband ordered an impossible whopper with no pickles and no mayo. When we got home we discovered that there was only 1 impossible whopper (the paper wrapped around the impossible whopper had no markings indicating that it was the standard impossible whopper) and a regular whopper. We are vegetarians and my husband has dietary restrictions, which is why he requested no pickles and no mayo. We drove back to the location to get my husbands order right. When we got home, I realized upon opening my impossible whopper it was not what I had ordered. I had trusted that the wrapper I ordered was correct because there were no markings on the wrapper. This is our first time ever going to this location and it was a very disappointing experience. I called the store because I didn’t know what to do. The person that I spoke to over the phone heard my grievances and offered to make my order again but this would be the third time driving back to this location just to get our order right. At this point leaving a review of my experience is more important than getting my order right. The fries were also soggy and unappetizing. We will not be ordering from here ever again!
