This place it’s complete unacceptable. The food it does taste old. Bun bad shape. Completely rude attitude from employees. No gloves. This place stings, especially the soda machine. It’s gross. Employees need to be training. Management need to improve every aspect. Stay away from this place. Save yourself get mad by. Here, are the proves (pictures)

It feels very prejudiced, and as an older black person, I’ve never felt that way in a burger king. However, not only did I feel it, the young girl was so insistent that she was right that she wouldn’t even listen to me. She let me talk, but she kept cutting me off telling me that I was wrong and I was trying to tell her that what she was saying was right, but not complete because she gave me only half of the first order. Then finally, after the manager kept me waiting, she let me talked but had already told the workers, in Spanish, to just give me the whole order again and forget it. Never assume people can’t speak Spanish because they’re not Mexican. The problem with that is that I can’t eat mayo, which they put on my burgers, all 3 of them, even tho I requested no mayo. Had they read the order right, they would have got that. I’m hoping they can read English better than they seem. Forgive me if that sounds offensive but I have to mention that as a train for not getting both orders right. To be clear, they were mobile orders. I will be reporting this but I’m having surgery today, so I’ll do it later.

Large Coffee, chicken fries and onion rings… Not a complicated order to go however it shouldn’t require a manager to submit the special side order of “chicken fries”. Suggest this Burger King provide better tools to order at the POS. Other than the hiccup at the counter, the location is very well kept and clean. Our coffee and onion rings save the day, while kitchen staff should be praised for delivering speedy items.

So I ordered through the app today for the first time… The instructions were to take a seat and they will call my order # .. there was only one person in the dinning room and myself. They did not call me after 10 mins. I also ordered this to dine in. They had my order in a bag on the warmer this whole time. When I tasted the whopper it was semi warm not really fresh. It will be the last time I order through the app or this burger king.

They messed up our order so we had to drive all the way back to be met by a rude manager called Elva I believe who had a bad attitude and was not even apologetic for THEIR mistake! We will not be going back to this location for that reason alone! Please hire people with better customer service skills!

Simply disgusting, food all over the floor ketchup residue on tables, short staff and no soda options! Homeless people sleeping on tables! Super dirty and smells horrible!! Pretty sad diffinetly needs a whole different management team !

The workers are just rude, and have to keep repeating yourself. They get orders wrong and have to redo it. The place is dirty nobody cleaned up or swept and garbage cans were overflowing.

Bathroom is atrocious smh. Need to do better at cleaning bathroom & customer eating area b/c there were crumbs still all over the place from previous customers at tables. Place is nice but cleanliness is next to godliness & this ain’t it ♂️

Very disappointed!!! Are you guys charging extra for napkins? Cause I received non at all and if I needed to pay for some i would, especially since my soda was handed to me just as you see in the picture. Not only was my soda messed up but my meal was messed up as well if I tell you no onions no tomatoes it’s probably for a reason because I’m either I’m allergic or I really don’t like those two items so I don’t expect them to be in my nine dollar burger that I just paid for. I I think corporate needs to come down and have a customer service training class again also a how to prepare a soda and someone’s meal class again. This is where it gets me that workers in the food industry want a raise and get paid $15 an hour but sometimes don’t even perform at that pay rate I know waitresses that work 10 times harder and barely make four dollars an hour yet you serve me a burger that’s not correct hand me a soda that’s completely drenched and yet you feel entitled to get $15 an hour makes no sense pay a waiter or waitress more money who Actually performs their job
