Worst customer service ever! They never greet you at the speaker when you pull up. Just silence. You wait several minutes and they finally say “welcome to Burger King you rule” and you begin with your order and again silence. Then go to window no one is there, can’t get inside because the doors are locked. You will literally be there for 10 mins just to have to go to White Castle.

I ordered (2) Plain Double whoopers with cheese & bacon on two separate occasions . First time, I only got One patty with cheese and no bacon for both burgers and was charged for it. Second time around went through the drive through like the first time but this time asked the worker to please make sure my burgers were prepared like I asked because last time they didn’t make order like I asked and was charged for it. She replied by saying that she would make sure that the order was made as directed. She then gave me my food and said she checked and they were right. I took her word (which I shouldn’t). Upon arrival back to my job and to my surprise, my order was not correct again. They forgot to add bacon and was charged for it. I know its not the end of the world and its just bacon but you’re charging me for it when you also said you checked my order over and said it was right. I would understand if they were super busy but I was the only car in the drive through and had no customer in the lobby. I tried calling their number multiple times and no answer before writing a bad review but had no other choice. I hope this review gets to the appropriate personal.

When I say NEVER.. I mean NEVER again will I eat at this burger. Dine-In here and employee was mopping the lobby around me as I was eating, chemicals smells around my food as I eat so freaking rude. I get it that you trying to do your job but at least do it when the lobby is clear

Wish I could do zero stars. Stopped here to get lunch for me and my son when we finished running errands. I went through drive thru which was empty. I say what I want and the person working instantly gives me a total. I say I’m not done, since I haven’t ordered my sons kids meal yet. The guy working drive thru audibly sighs into the microphone! Sorry to be a pain to you. I try to order my sons meal and the guy working drive thru says hold on and begins muttering to himself. After about a minute of this I say forget it and just leave. Too many other options to pay money to be treated like that.

Decided to get the $5 your way meal I saw on TV. Drive thru was long so I went inside, apparently it’s $6 at this location. Anyway I placed my order and asked if I could get a large drink instead of small. The cashier said no! Apparently I can’t have it my way. But if I go to wendys and ask for a 4 for 4 but ask for a large drink they can do it?! Makes no sense. The fries were cold and unsalted and the chicken nuggets were tough.
