The Lockport location is the worst BK I’ve ever been to. Even after they reopened after the fire. Their food is horrible, cold etc. Onions rings were soggy, threw them in the trash. When we asked for receipt was told they were out of paper. They couldn’t even tell me what the total was for my order. Lady at the window has a really bad attitude. Never going back there again.

The updated Burger King Lockport has needed for so long is finally here! Having been to this burger king many times before when it was in its decrepit state, I can say with confidence that this new design is much cleaner and nicer; not to mention the new management is finally up to par and the food is hot and fresh! Come give it a try!

Couldn’t care less that they could have hospitalized me due to food allergies when they added cheese to my order & charged me extra for it. They need people that can speak & understand clearly to take orders!

Would give more but unfortunately due to the new trend these days of being rude and uncaring about people. I was ordered online and went to go pick up inside. Waited 10mim till she even took me and asked what I was there for. Looked at me like I wasn’t supposed to be there. Then tells me we don’t have mello yello. Haven’t had it in awhile. Rudely. I say well… can I substitute it? I ask. She said well. I guess… you guess? Give me a refund or take it off your app that you don’t have it anymore. not going back here for awhile.

I was impressed of the quality of the food and the short amount of time it took to receive it. Packed drive thru and the guy covered in tattoos at drive thru was friendly and helpful. Hooked me up with fresh food . Gone inside a few times its always clean. I recommend coming here when guy in tattoos is working along with his manager Josefina. Friendly and fast pace also mindful of customers’ time and quality of food.

The worst burger king in the area. They mess up my order every single time. I ordered a new chicken parmesan sandwich that looks good. And I got a plain chicken sandwich. The receipt shows the parmesan. Take some pride in your job and do it right. Its not that hard!
