They lock the dine in doors at 6, when they’re open until 10. When someone mopped, they didn’t put wet floor signs out. Also, 1 staff member in particular isn’t necessarily rude, but comes off as sarcastic and passive aggressive. As someone who was previously a fast food restaurant manager, my experience was subpar. I only gave 2 stars because the food is pretty good, I can tell it isn’t old food that just sits and gets its food timer reset multiple times.

Ordered something at One Price reported on th menu said one price and they charged me another e menu through the drive-thru. The price went up after I ordered it. I told them that it said one price on the menu and then all of a sudden the price on the menu changed before my eyes. Isn’t that bait and switch? Isn’t that illegal I wonder if there is somewhere I could report this maybe call their corporate office. To say the least I will not be stopping at Burger King for any meals. Very unprofessional

We love Burger King especially their 2 for 1 meals. We first ate at Burger King when we were teenagers. That was over 50 years ago. We still love the burgers there, but you have to order and eat inside, because the burgers are best while they are hot. Maybe if they could wrap them in foil to keep them hot to take home, we would order take-out. For right now, the burgers are wrapped in paper. We live 2 blocks from our local Burger King, but the burgers and other food are cold by the time we get home.

This location said they were open until 10or later but when I placed my online order and tried to pick it up at 9:30pm they said they said they were closed and I had to pick it up the next day. If they are going to close before the stated time on their website and door, they should close online ordering

Where do I begin. So a child urinated inside the play set it’s run throughout and down on to the floor. The lady goes and tells management everyone clears there children out of the area. Nobody and mean nobody came to close it up or clean the urine up. It was reported again. Nothing I stayed to warn unsuspecting parents that it wasn’t healthy to let children into play set due to the incident. I finally had to leave. I questioned the employees about it and they assured me they were doing it now. Nope I went to my car another 25mins and nobody closed it down for cleaning or cleaned disinfected the play set. One employee was walking around eating while fixing orders for the drive through customer. To boot the place didn’t have any customers in it. If it had been busy they could of at least closed it for cleaning but it wasn’t. I can’t think of anything worse Burger King if your going to offer a play area it’s your job to insure it’s maintained. Also you might want to discuss the health codes around this and eating fries from orders with bare hands…….why Burger King why…..we use to love to go there for kids to play.never again.

We just moved to the area and have tried this BK twice in 2 days. The manager on Saturday was a saint, trying to deal with horrible employees who didn’t care about the job or the customers. Today, my husband actually walked out, borrowed my phone/camera so he could film the employees not waiting on customers. They didn’t care. We took our coupons to the McDonald’s around the corner, where they were honored and the service was so enjoyable that we were sorry the dogs were in the car because we would’ve stayed. We won’t be going back to this BK.

I had a delivery yesterday. We ate late so I could not call you about the problem at that time. I ordered over $50.00 worth of food and it was all very good except that the big Fish was missing. Very disappointing! Don’t expect anything but just wanted to let you know. Delivery was to 10 115th St in Lemont.
