This is the best burger king I’ve ever been to. It was notoriously not managed well for quite awhile but I’m so glad I gave them another chance. They’ve completely turned it around. The management is phenomenal and the customer service is unprecedented. You can tell they care and treat their team like family. I’d recommend it to anyone. My favorite is the French toast sticks which is super affordable and reminds me of my childhood. 10/10 keep up the good work 🙂

Don’t waste your time! This place is GHETTO!! I waited in the drive-thru for 8 minutes and no one took my order. (7/25/23: 1:30pm-1:50pm). I finally pulled up, and waited another 6 minutes. The car behind me waited to have their order taken but no one came. Not to mention, a staff worker DRANK from a drink then handed it to a customer inside the store. I told them what I saw and they argued me down about it. NASTY and DISGUSTING!!!!!

Very rude worker. It was my first time stopping at Burger King. I had tried to use the app and didn’t know you’re supposed to let them know before you order your food. I had remembered after and told them, and the gentleman was nice in explaining it, but then a lady hopped on the intercom and started yelling at me, saying she can’t have “deletes” on her system. I understand fast food jobs are high paced and stressful but I was already informed of my mistake and didn’t need to be yelled at through the intercom. The commend the gentle man in helping me through my mistake and informing on what to do next time but It was my first time and now I know not to go there anymore. Disappointing service.

I ordered online and paid for “counter pick up” I get there at 7:36 to see a worker inside waiving her hand for me to go to the long drive thru line even though they told me the lobby closes at 8:00pm. Once in line, I thought, wait a minute the whole reason I ordered and paid online was the convenience and speed. When I got to the speaker to let them know what number my order was, the worker told me there’s nothing in their system with that info… So after a while with the back and forth of either getting my money back or getting my kids food I paid for over a half hour ago, here we are eating frozen pizza with a customer service phone number to try to get a refund. A negative 3 stars if I could.

Worst service ever 2 younger kids literally waited in the line for 25 minutes and had an online order pickup. The guy didn’t say anything he just opens the window and hands me 2 drinks with no ice doesn’t say hey your food will be right up and then when i do get my food he literally says nothing and closes the window. If you hate your job that much you shouldn’t work with the public. Also everyone looked high as hell.
