I go to burger King for only 1 item and that’s the impossible whooper. I never get the meal any more because my fries are always cold or refried and the drinks are always watered down. Thursday, April 20th, 2023 around 2pm, I went to burger King for the impossible whooper and made a mistake and said ” can I have a big king, impossible whooper” when they repeated it back to me I realized I asked for two different things and apologized for my mistake and asked for the whooper just the sandwich. Then the girl asked me do I want cheese I said yes, when in my mind I always had cheese on my whopper and Noone has never asked me if I wanted cheese. When I got to the window their was 2 employees looking at me, I believe 1 was a manager. They charged me 8.33 and I realized again I never paid that much for what I always order. I get the receipt and my food and it says HEAVY cheese – 2 slices $1.00. I just look at them and keep going because I’m pregnant, haven’t at all day and didn’t want any conflict about cheese and a 1 dollar difference. I get home and my burger is shaped together with 2 pieces of cold cheese on it, 1 piece was barely melted so I just scrapped it off. This was the last straw for me at this location.

Horrible location! Worst attitudes here! Would not recommend anyone to buy burger King from this location because, of the lack of professional etiquette. The women dominate this location in the worst way and weren’t welcoming when I walked in as I was inquiring about using the receipt to get a free whopper.The woman who was cashiering didnt give specific instructions on how to use it considering her manager had to step in and both had an attitude and were very unprofessional and mean. The whopper wasn’t even free you had to buy fries and a drink with it! Don’t waste your time coming to this location it isn’t worth it!

I have probably shopped at burgerking a hundred times in my life. Let me tell yall this place is hands down the absolute best fast food restaurant shopping experience I have had! Every employee was kind and smiled. All of our food was fresh, tasty and of good portions. We actually dined in to pass time. It was a delightful pass time. It was clean! The restroom was even clean! I was surprised to find out 2 things: 1.) adding one slice of cheese to a Whopper is a dollar per sandwich and 2.) my Spicy Chicken Sandwich wasn’t in my bag!! I called. BK and left a message then while I was out I went back for the sandwich. I was told that I had it… eventhough I did not!! The Manager agreed to replace the sandwich Saturday June 4th lets see if she does!
