AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I have been here several times, and every single time without fail they mess up the order DESPITE CLEAR AND REPEATED INSTRUCTION. If you can get past the bad orders, you have to wait a good 15-25 minutes for them to mess it up for you, I don’t know whats going on with this certain location as the one on McLean Blvd, is infinitely better so if you want a good burger king meal go there instead.

I normally don’t do reviews but I had to for this. I was asked to pull up to the 3 window to wait. After waiting for a few minutes I ended up crying in the drive through waiting for my food (personal stuff just got to me). The man who gave me my food was so sweet and asked me if I was ok! He didn’t have to but he took the time out of his day to see if I was ok. I really appreciate it. I also will be calling the manager of the store to let them know how amazing my experience was.
