Proclaimed manager Carla was very hostile after taking 4 cars orders before mine while I only had 3 food items and claimed to have no staff.I asked for her name and she got offended about it all I needed was her name. Went inside to find a fully staffed kitchen and asked the other employees as they ignored me, was totally chill about it, don’t know why they had to make the situation worse. Love the food but terrible customer service. If you can’t take the heat you shouldn’t be in the kitchen Carla.

I seen all the bad reviews and thought I will give this place a chance , my experience was bad asked for fresh fries and they were drenched in salt. For asking to be made fresh and not served staile the lil girl with a bad red hair dye was laughing when the fry cook did this didn’t think I seen very bad customer service I will file a complaint with the health department that oversees and has jurisdiction for fast food places like burger King. Knowingly doing that to food is a violation, and they should be fined heavily for playing with food preparation.

I read the reviews to this location so I went in with low expectations, but even those were too high for this place! I ordered a simple breakfast after telling the cashier I was using a coupon on the app. The store ran out of biscuits (Not a big deal, I merely used a different coupon) so that was a bit of a let down. Then when the order was inputted, the cashier said: You have to tell me beforehand otherwise I’ll charge you full price.

Says open until 12pm. Come to BK at 9pm and they have the cafe closed. Only drive thru. Group of kids are standing at window just to receive items and that’s a hazard all by itself. Food always takes so unnecessarily long. Keep your cafe open & work on customer service skills.
