This had to be the worst Burger King I have ever been to. The only part of the stop that was ok was the ordering part. It went significantly downhill from there. It took 20+ minutes to get our food. Over half the order was incorrect. It took another 10 – 15 mlm minutes to get the replacement food. The replacement burgers were served cold. The burger party wasn’t even warm enough to melt the cheese. The staff continued to make excuses as to why everything was super slow to numerous customers after us. In addition the ice machine was jammed so the pop wasn’t very cold.

I live around the corner and come here often and without fail no matter what time of day it is they answer the speaker with, “I’ll be with you in just a moment” then they leave me waiting at the speaker box for about ten minutes unless I say something. I absolutely hate coming here I can’t believe the customer service is actually better across the street at McDonald’s.

Clean restaurant and play place. The staff was very helpful and acomadating they even came to our table to ask if we needed anything else or had any issues. That is something that doesn’t usually happen at a fast food restaurant, it was nice. The manager and owner of this burger king should be thankful for the staff they have they were great.

I do like their food, but every time I go to my local BK I get subpart, slow service. To add insult to injury, this last time, they gave me nuggets instead of the jalapeno cheddar bites I ordered. What happened Burger King?

I wouldn’t even given one if I didn’t have to to make a comment. My friend and I were on our way to Fargo and stopped in at around 11ish. There were very few people in the place and a few going through the drive through. We stood at the counter for over 5 minutes while the workers walked back and forth in front of us. Not one acknowledged that we were standing at the counter let alone take our order. We both have worked a waitresses and a “I’ll be right with you” goes a long way. They conversed amongst each other. After standing there for well over five minutes we just left without ordering anything we would have if someone would have taken our order. We would have waited if someone would just have said something. They were RIGHT in front of us literally passing by the tills at least three times.

Went through the drive through. Ordered and told I coukdnt order a large bc they didnt have the right size fry cup. Only after paying was informed that there would be a wait as they were “behind on sandwiches”. After 25-30 minutes of waiting finally got our food. Good thing I didnt really need my fast food fast. It wasnt really busy at the time. I hope the manager works out the ‘kinks’. It would maybe have helped with disgruntled customers to offer a complimentary something or coupons.

Service here has been declining the past several visits. I was overcharged on one order and waited five minutes for it to be corrected before I gave up and walked out with my order. They need to make sure that whoever is taking orders knows what their specials are and charges you the correct price for them.
