Good food. I had the new Mexican Original Chicken Sandwich, but it could have been better if there was a bit more sauce on it and not so dry. That was the main reason I chose to eat here was to try that new kind of sandwich. Service was good, friendly staff. Atmosphere is good, but it’s quite dark inside this location. It gives the vibe that they aren’t open with it being so dark. It was quite cold in the dining area, but the women’s bathroom was warm. I have been to this BK location several times since the time I wrote this review the first time. On a different visit, the women’s bathroom was not clean-there was toilet paper on the floor and the floor was sticky.

I don’t remember her name, but this specific visit was made awesome just because of one person. Friendly, bubbly-personality, and beyond courteous. I will come back here again simply because of her amazing service. Fast food needs more people like this place. Outstanding job!

Online order went to wrong location (Willmar) and so far they have refused to refund any money. I mean seriously, WE ARE 42 MILES AWAY FROM THIS STORE!! With our local BK 4 blks away………just had to pay more for the same order from our local location……….calling store didn’t help.

EVERYTHING was better when Cody Ledeboar was running the place. Such bad service, and dont let me get started with the customer service! Cody Ledeboar made BK better as a franchise.

They forgot a 1/3 of my items. I called once I got home and they told me they had my burgers and an extra order of nuggets for me but really, the nuggets were the ones they had forgotten as well. When I got there they told me there was nothing they could do and the manager was hiding in the back and wouldn’t come out to address the issue. I know if McDonald’s would’ve forgotten some of my order, I would’ve gotten a refund or partial refund.
