I honestly wish I could give this a zero. I don’t know what that hag in the window was going through but she made the rest of us go through it with her. First we asked for 3 separate orders, we’re on a road trip so there’s 5 of us in the car. She interrupts and says “we only can do two you can come in if you want more” that was the first red flag but i know the food business can be a lot. I work as a server so I know it can be tough. So the first order goes smooth, the trouble comes with the second order. Anytime we would say part of our order she would interrupt. She kept asking if there was more. We said yes, she proceeded to ignore us and told us to pull forward. We stayed there because the nitwit didn’t even let us finish. Y’all aren’t gonna believe this. We literally heard her stop taking our order and go to the other guy in the other lane. We were shocked. Appalled even. We actually started to drive to the window. After she took that guys order she came back to us, and get this, asked why we were still there. We actually backup our car to talk to her again. We said we didn’t get to finish. She goes “well you said that was it for your order, I had other people waiting I can’t wait for you.” We literally never said we were done, she just cut us off and started a new order. She was like “okay then what do you wanna add” in such a rude tone. We said what we wanted and she literally yells “TO WHICH ORDER” bro woke up with her bed in the middle of a pond or something I’ve never met someone so rude. Thank god she wasn’t at the window. Lemme tell you my sprite was not spriting. I wanted to taste tv static. It was soda water. We told him that and then told us we can’t return it?? Then he gave me a new sprite and it was literally the same. This place was a 0/10 and my wrap tasted like the bottom of a boat.

We went through the drive through, the order was correct unfortunately the fries were cold, my wife attempted to bring them inside but the doors were locked. Went back through the drive through and it appeared to be a pretty big inconvenience for the staff to replace the cold fries with hot ones. When it was completed the fries were as they should be. This is not a busy place and this would be why. Maybe the manager should work the drive through and ensure orders are hot and correct since the employees don’t. Not eating here again until I read ten reviews in a row that are 4 stars or above.

10/18/21: went thru the drive thru. First, there was a teenager on the headset who didn’t know what he was doing. We had to repeat our order 4 times. Then when we got our food, my plain only cheese sandwich had about half a jar of mayo on it, too much lettuce, the bun was soaked & it was falling apart. We eat here a lot & have never had such a bad experience.

6/30/23 I went threw the drive thru at 9:35 which took forever and order taker didn’t even let me finish ordering. The gal was rude then another gal came on with rudeness too.I ordered a kids bacon cheeseburger whopper meal, Junior with cheese and a whopper, Junior bacon cheese no mayo on. And also ordered onion rings after I said I wasn’t done ordering. Got to window and paid. Asked if I wanted a receipt said yes didn’t get till I asked again. Got my order drove off. Reached in my bag to eat my onion rings while they were still hot and they literally put them in the bag upside down. Got home and opened my burgers and both had mayo on them. And the kids bacon cheeseburger had no bag on on. It was late none answered the phone and I didn’t want to drive back cuz it was 10:15 at night. This was the worst never stopping back there.

It’s fine. The food was fine. It took a little longer than it should have. The floor was very slippery like it was mopped in greasy water, too much soap in their water, or had a layer of wax or something on it. The staff were friendly.

Edited: I threw this garbage away. Hamburgers that took forever was a bbq sauce and miracle whip swimming pool. Could not handle the food without getting this stuff all over my hands. This was intentional, sauce oozing out the rapper. Even the bacon look’s uncooked. From out of town so I won’t waste time turning around, but know you won’t last wasting peoples money like that. Now I know why I had to ask for a receipt.

I was driving because my daughter had an appointment and I wanted her to have something to eat before. The old lady who grabbed my card to pay coughed on me literally, no masks, no apologies. I hope they read this. I don’t live here. English is not my first language, just to take the order the lady was a bit rude and not helpful. I will never come back. I should have stopped at Kwick trip.

Worst meal I’ve ever had there. Old hash browns an onion rings tasted like they had just sat very cold an mushy. The whopper was horrid. Rock hard bun. Mayo tasted out of date an the burger looked like it. Should have been on a jr.cheeseburger it was so tiny. All I can say is that the meal was a waste of money.
