If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst service ever! Susana the manager that was there was so rude and unprofessional. She wouldn’t understand people and just bulge her eyes at them and was so rude. Wouldn’t sell an item to someone because her excuse was she couldn’t find it. Yet she was a cashier and managers. Please by all means avoid this place at all times! Don’t waste money here!

The customer service is the bottom of the barrel here. I suggest you go to another BK if you want what you pay for. If you expect to receive your full order the woman gets angry because she forgot to fill the order correctly. This woman is there frequently and has rude on various dates. Each experience with this woman is horrible. She should loose her job. I have spoken to neighbors and we are all boycotting this BK. Go to 98th street they will give you what you have paid for

I remember good foods from BK years ago. I went there for breakfast today to see if I want to use them for my quick meals this summer. Well, the service was quick but arrived too cold, the french sticks and patatoes were too soft inside. I put 1/2 & 1/2 in my coffee only to see it lump up and float in my coffee. When I commented on this, She replaced to coffee and made another batch of french sticks that were better but tasted as if the oil used was too old and this time fried too long. The person I talked to seemed put out about my problems and only shrugged her shoulder about the 1/2 & 1/2 problem. I don’t plan on using them this summer.

This place is so close to my home. I come here often but most of the time I’m frustrated when I leave. The staff is rude. Most of the time my order is wrong or missing an item. I went again today. You could hear the staff arguing and I’m placing my order through drive thru. She could not even understand what I was ordering. I just wanted to modify my order. She then tells me to hold on and the argument started through the speaker of the drive thru. I just gave up on my order and left. Please get your act together!

Sure food was fine but service was comically appalling. I asked for the new mango Fanta $1 but didn’t have. They tried to upcharge me to L. I asked for a cup of water. .25 for the cup. I asked at the window was .25 for the cup – she said “yes bye bye” and gave me a face. I was so confused. Thankfully the food was fine.

1 star for customer service today. Unfortunately had a situation today where a sandwich wasn’t included in a drive-thru order (but was paid for) – realized it when I got home (about 15 minutes after the order) and didn’t get a receipt. Returned to the store about 90 minutes after the order to try and get the sandwich, or a refund for the cost of the sandwich. Explained to the Manager what happened and was told that next time that happens I needed to call their store immediately after I realize it so they could notate it and I could come in at some future time to get the sandwich. Easy enough, it will be remembered for future visits, but that didn’t get me the sandwich I paid for today or a refund of that money. How is somebody supposed to know what the policy is before something like that occurs? As a customer, it was hard to take when the Manager knows they took money from me and didn’t provide the food for it. Manager gets the win today, I take the loss.

No clue on the food. The worst human in the world is their cashier and was so so rude. No clue how she’s employed. We walked out after my wife said “none” when asked for nugget sauce – then the lady looked at my wife and rudely said “are you ok?” She was yelling at customers in front of us too. Never again!!!!

This place is severely understaffed and is serving expired products. I watched as some one had to return a coffee due to the half & half being a clump. The manager knew it was expired right away when the lady returned the coffee and poured a new one. One order would be taken then the lady at the counter would be forced to do 10 different things before coming back to take another. One gentlemen didn’t even get to pay before completing his order because the girl was forced to leave the counter by management.

Went to get quick lunch for a family of 4, with a kid playing at the fields across the road. We got in the drive through, ordered our food, paid, and were told to pull ahead. After nearly 15 minutes, nothing came out. So we had to go inside to get our food, which was wrong. Disappointed, don’t go here.
