Was Doordashing here, and after standing waiting to talk to someone for a good long while I was bruskly informed by the gentleman at the counter that he couldn’t give me the order without a hot bag, even though the app doesn’t ask for one, and no other Burger King requires it. Not a problem if this is a store policy, but please specify ahead of time so I don’t waste my time, and have to drop an order. Doesn’t make anyone look great to the customer, least of all you.

Always cold nasty food never fresh. The lobby is at least somewhat clean compared to neighboring burger kings. Customer service you could just feel the vibe that the people that were there hated their job and wished to be any other place than their. I would not suggest stopping at this one unless you want a cold messed up order

Can you guys update your hours of service? It says till midnight on here. Idk if you can change that but you should know your drive through computer screen, it flashes between advertisements for bk while waiting right, well one of those is a picture that advertises you are open till midnight so maybe don’t be extremely rude when someone comes at 10:58 thinking , because your store sign said so, that you are open till midnight. If I had known it was 11 I would not have come. Seriously.

Was door dashing here and they said they didn’t receive the order, so I asked if they could still make it and I would pay for it. The manager rudely gave me a reason why she couldn’t. Don’t order doordash from here, your order will likely be cancelled.
