Dined in on a Sunday with my kids. The two women behind the counter were very short with me. No greeting when you come in, then while placing the order the woman looked annoyed Almost like she was rushing me. I ordered one of the burger with no veggies just mayo. Burger came with ketchup, mustard and mayo. Went to the manager and she argued with me about how I should have ordered the burger differently eventhough she didn’t take the order and wasn’t standing there when I did. I tried to explain and she kept fighting with me. Her cook in the back had to tell her to stop because he had already remade my burger. This place is a sinking ship with that kind of management. Also, it’s remodeled inside but not clean. Table and benches were sticky. Never again.

Plain and simple…I will never return to this restaurant ever again. It will be a long time before I visit any Burger King. Their new Whopper Melt was a complete disappointment. We did customize our Whopper Melts a little bit, and the employees completely disregarded the instructions. The Hardee’s Frisco burger is 100 times better.

I always try and start with a positive vibe. Although I don’t usually rate fast food joints due to flexibility. This Burger King struggles, no matter what time a day. Peek or off peek hours. There’s always a wait in line at the drive through. One day the employee yelled at my friend and I for speaking just a ‘hello’ into the intercom. Told us we were being rude to ask if we could place an order.

One of my favorite date nights with my husband!! Food was hot, fresh and quick. The staff was very friendly and the single tv had Stars on Mars on, which was entertaining. Will be back!!!

Online ordered my food at about 1:30 in afternoon. App said place was open. Looked to be no one there although the drive thru menu board was lit up. Received no food. App offered me partial refund after filling out online form. Complete BS. definitely will not order ahead if I ever go back.

I really wish there was negative star for service. Just now ordered 3 impossible whopper meal and 1 single impossible king through online order and drive through pickup. At the drive through I even told the associate to be mindful of all our orders being vegetarian and avoid mixup. He sounded like he knew what he was doing so with a bit of assurance and skepticism, I pulled at the counter. After probably 15 min, a black american guy served our order. Once I pulled in the parking lot to double check, lo and behold, I got served Bacon King instead of Single Impossible King like I ordered. Tbh i was quite upset as I anticipated BK has a tendency and past experience of screwing up my orders. The worst part was when I pulled over to show them that they served Bacon King as it said on the wrapper, the same guy rudely said it was just a wrapper and Impossible inside. I asked him how would I know that unless he told me when fulfilling the order, he got very belligerent and started saying that he didn’t have to tell me anything and as though I just need to take what he gave. He started yelling over my voice to express myself and walked away talking to a manager like guy. Somehow somewhere instantly impossible whopper appeared and git handed over to us in the drive through. Quite disappointed with associates and how the franchise trains their employees not to care much about service but just about how much they are able to make money. Gosh I want to forget this and move on and feel so lucky to not have deviated from our values of not eating meat due to this lunatic’s mistake.

Absolutely worst customer service experience ever. Lady takes your order and tells you to pull around to the front and she will bring out my food. Because I’m not parked in one of the pot hole parking spots and she has to wall 3 extra feet to bring me my food. She begins to yell and cus me out because of her inconvenience. She is absolutely horrible. Glasses died hair and horrible attitude. Avoid her at all costs. Terrible way to wake up. BTW there was no one behind me or in the restaurant.

This location has been really hit or miss lately. Seems like it depends when you go. My wife said it was pretty good a couple weeks ago during the day so I gave it another shot. Very disappointing. Cheese on the burger was not hot and not melted. Sandwich was underheated in general, as if they started shutting down early even though it was an hour before close. The fries were sort of hot but unsalted. The nuggets were way too old and cold. I can’t rate the drink because they forgot to make it. By the time we realized the missing drink we had driven away and already tasted the lack of effort on everything else. Aka just asking for trouble to go back. I’d recommend saving your money or keep heading west to the one in Albertville. I used to live in this town and have been to this location hundreds of times over the last decades. Used to be pretty good (for fast food). It’s disappointing to see it go downhill.
