My child and I arrived at BK Holmen at 1:05. We waited in line to order about 10 full minutes. We finally ordered, got drinks, sat down to wait. 30 full minutes go by and they never call our number. I go up to the counter to ask about the order, and no one acknowledges me or speaks to me for another 10 minutes. Finally when they do, I politely ask for a refund. I asked if I could get cash (because I don’t trust the money will actually go back on my card) and they said no. They said the money should go back on my card in a few days and if it doesn’t, they suggested that I drive all the way back to Holmen BK and get cash at that point. They never apologized for this incident.

Never go there again!! Waited forever and my fries were still cold. A bunch of snot nosed kids in there working. That I seen. Spent almost $20 for dog food. And I felt bad feeding it to him.

Normally I order and have everything made fresh, cause if you don’t some times you get some rock hard food. I ask the guy taking orders he is the food pretty fresh if not I’ll wait for the good to be made fresh, and he was like yeah the foods fresh. I take his word for it, get home 10 minutes later, and amazing enough, I get a really dry sandwich, and hard chicken nuggets. Amazing

Absolutely the worst burger king I have ever been to. Service is horrible and the food is worse. Go to the Kwik trip attached it has way better food and superior service compare to this burger king. I will never ever go back!

The fries tasted so much like peanut oil they were inedible, the food was cold after a longer wait for “hot” food. Someone needs to check on their people.

I didnt get to order food today as I sat in line for over 10 minutes before myself and the only other customer drove off. I used to come here somewhat frequently over the years but the last 6 months I was not. I would drive by, wondering why its so slow and see why now. there was maybe 3 people inside + 2 other cars infront of me. I was put on hold for the 10+ minutes just saying ‘it will be some time’. I get its hard to find people to work someplace but for a ‘fast food place’ that would charge about $10 for any basic meal, now a days… thats honestly too long and from past experience, i wouldve gotten warm – cold af food… I havent eaten at this location in months and now I see why

Don’t go here! This restaurant is disgusting. They ALWAYS forget something in your bag when in the drive thru. How hard is it to remember an extra sandwich. The staff do not care about you. The food is tainted, the scary looking employees worries people, are they from the local jail or are they pink haired, nose ring losers that can’t get a good career? The cost is high….no wonder why they are never busy. They don’t apologize or even give a free fry if you have to drive back and pick up what they forgot. Again, do not go this gross place!!! You won’t be happy.

They always forget the sauce. Also got a meal and they replaced my sandwich with with a whopper jr. I don’t think the whopper jr even has it’s own meal so I don’t know how that happened. This restaurant has had issues for years, and it’s the same consistent issues as well. It’s evident that no one above the co workers cares about this place either. Stay away.
