Dirty, the management and employees DONT CARE ABOUT NOTHING. Nothing for my kids to wash OR dry hands with in bathroom. Mens room water RUNNING LIKE A WATER FALL from faucet. Got our order wrong with STALE FRIES. PLEASE FIRE EVERYONE HERE AND START ANEW. THESE PEOPLE SUCK

This is a very old Burger King. I go there a couple of times a week and my order is always accurate and the staff is always very friendly. Since the Reconstruction of Highway 41 they seem to have lost a lot of business. The restaurant is kept clean and the food is to Burger King standards. Never a problem with special orders and the price is right. Reminds me of the decades-old Burger King commercial jingle of hold the pickles hold the lettuce special orders don’t upset us, all we ask is that you let us have it your way! I have found this to be a difficult task at other Burger King locations but not this one. I feel that corporate could do much more to bring the business back into this location. Don’t give up on it. It has easy access directly off a roundabout. Be careful when pulling in, the parking lot is in rough shape.

This location has definitely lost a customer. I’ve gone here a couple times within the last 6 months, and everytime I get horrible customer service. Their are 2 older women that takes the orders and hands out the food with no respect. No greeting just a nasty look. They doesn’t say have a nice day, they would just look so irritated it just ruined my meal. I didn’t want to eat the food afterwards. Please get a new crew.

If you need to change your baby…do NOT go here. The bathroom was disgusting and there was literally no room in the bathroom stall where they put the changing station to change my baby’s diaper. Also, there was no trash can to dispose of the diaper or a hook to hang a diaper bag on. Had I known, we wouldn’t have stopped there for lunch. Very disappointing experience. I understand it’s a fast food place, but still.

We ordered a salad, 2 chicken fries, a French fry, a Oreo cheesecake and a Hersey’s pie. Got home, 20 miles away only to find they didn’t give us the cheesecake or pie. It was past 9pm, I’m not driving another 40 miles round trip for it. Very disappointed

Have gone here several times and everytime my order is messed up, food is gross, and employees are rude. I get charged for a double and I end up getting a single patty. Sandwhiches are always thrown together. Got handed a straw today that had clearly been stepped on with shoe prints on the wrapper and a hole in the wrapper. Not going here again and would not recommend.

Gone here twice now since I have moved close. First time i ordered chicken fries meal and a Hershey pie. I go around and wait almost 15 minutes when the guy who looked high as hell opened the window and said sorry about the wait it’s extremely busy. Mind you I am the only one in the drive through and not a soul in the dining area. 2nd time I walked in to get food. I walked in And heard two guys in the back working. Throwing out the F bombs like no tomorrow. A family with little kids walked in behind me as they still were cussing. I’m standing at the register waiting for them to come. Finally he peeks and says ” oh how long have you been there? Did you hear me say F**k,” and yes he said it in front of everyone. I said unfortunately and another kid took my order. The guy who was cussing was making burgers and didn’t know how to build my whopper. It was the Texas whopper or whatever.

My son and I went there after his doctors appointment in the morning around 9 AM. We were contemplating between McDonald’s and Burger King. He chose Burger King. We put our order in and they did not have any of the cinna minis And when I asked her to see if she could Have some made she said that it would take 15 minutes. I said that’s OK will eat our food and then will get them when we leave. Then she came back and said they would take a half an hour because bacon and was being made????What the heck how is this a good way to run a business. She seemed very annoyed that I wanted her to do this as well. They opened two hours ago they should have some made. I guess we’ll go to McDonald’s from now on they go the extra mile to make the customers happy. She just seemed annoyed. I honestly don’t know how they are still open food was OK at best
