Very slow service. Was asked to pull ahead at drive through window and they would bring food out. 15 minutes later my food comes out. Fries where cold. Fries where upside down in the kids meal. My sandwich was only half wrapped. Never got my mozzarella sticks I paid for. As I waited for my food I watched people go into front door and come back out with food. When I tried to go in to get my mozzarella sticks the door was locked. I watched people go in while I was waiting at 6:45. Door was locked by 6:50 when i wanted my order corrected. Service has always been poor there. I heard there was new owners that wanted to run the place better and thought I would give it a try. I will not be returning to this BK ever again.

The food was cold after waiting 25 minutes after ordering. Only 1 car ahead of us and no one behind. Chicken sandwich was cooked so long it was hard. Couldn’t even take a bite. French fries absolutely cold. Total waste of my money and came home hungry. The absolute worst place I’ve ever gotten food. Either shut it down or get better management and workers. 1 person took the order same person cooked and took the money and gave us the food while 1 other person was sitting by a computer that wasn’t on. Horrible. If we didn’t have another appointment we would have taken the food back and demanded our money back. Giving it 1 star is too much.

We were in the drive thru line for 30 minutes plus… waited 10 before anyone took our order. The drive thru attendant was apologetic but her customer service skills were lacking. One of the other workers was on his phone. It appeared that none of the staff had a clue as to what was going on or anyone was in charge. They were visibly arguing among themselves and yelling back and forth. Gave us a wrong soda, and when we gave it back knew it. Food was warm not hot. Worst Burger King service ever!

The food was good, and the restaurant itself seemed relatively clean. However the nice lady at the register made the whole experience awesome! Jasmine was a great server! I wish every server in all the fast food restaurants I go to, would be that upbeat and positive and have a good sense of humor !

ordered a veggie burger and fries just now, and the food was very good and fresh. however, the real 5 stars is for the poor woman who gave me my order, who also seemed to be doing all the work herself while her coworkers ignored her. Know that I appreciate you if you ever see this!!

Outside was a mess…lots of tall weeds, etc. No pride in appearance of building. Drive through not working. Drove up to window. Girl working showed no enthusiasm. No smile, good morning, etc. Ordered ultimate breakfast platter. Got home and they forgot biscuit. Didn’t give a receipt so I couldn’t do much. Won’t be going back. McDonald’s on North Knowles is 100 times better.

I have gone through the drive thru twice this week. Both times I waited at least 15 mins for my food. The first time the onion rings were cold and old. The person taking my money didn’t even know for sure which order was mine. They weren’t busy. One car in front of me one behind.

I ordered 2 whoppers and 2 crispy chicken sandwiches. I was told it would be a couple minutes for the chicken sandwiches so could I please pull ahead and they would bring them out. I waited 13 minutes so I called to see why it was taking so long. The young man said it took long because the young lady that was suppose to make the chicken sandwiches didn’t want to make them. I was a bit shocked when he said that. I did talk to the assistant manager in charge. He did apologize and said he would be talking to his employees. The Burger King I went to was in New Richmond Wisconsin. The time on my receipt was 4:28 pm.

This place has really gotten bad. The last time I was there I waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me just to place my order. Then when I got to the window They asked me to wait. I then waited another 5 minutes. When I finally got to order I had to tell the guy 6 times I only wanted mayo, tomato and lettuce on my burger. After waiting another 10 minutes to get to the window, ‘I had to tell the guy another 10 times, yes 10 times what I wanted on my burger. Then he stood at the register eating nacho cheese chips. Without washing his hands, he then tried to hand me half of the order that was supposed to have gone to the car in front of me that had just left with only half of their food. When I went today, they shorted me a sandwich. When I called back they hung up on me three times without even saying anything. When someone finally answered, he told me to call back in a half an hour to talk to the manager. Are you kidding??? I’m sorry but I will not be going back. Every time I go I wait forever for an order that is almost always screwed up. If I could give less than one star I would.
