Brand new BK, clean and upgraded! Best one in Madison area by far, staff was really nice. They have a pretty big outdoor playground with tables to eat and play too.

It has been at 6 months since my last visit, I found the restaurant very dirty and and not very professional. I sad and told myself I would never go back. To day 5/2/23 at 11:30AM , I went in with open mind and was blown away with how “clean” the restaurant was and then was greeted with a very professional staff that took my order with “smile”. And as for the quality of food what can I say it looked like the “picture”. I hope that all would have the same experience that I had. Thank you for the refreshing experience in customer service.

They robbed me. Stole an extra $25 from my account and said it was a pending fee and that itd go away. It never went away and they refuse to help me and deleted my request for help. STOP ORDERING BURGERKING ONLINE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND BLOCK YOU!!

I was convinced the Impossible Whopper was real meat after taking a bite and had to ask staff about it ha. They were awesome and gave me another one on the house. Great service, great burger!

I just went through the drive through and my whopper is seriously lacking what I was charged for. I looked up the number and the phone rings 1/4 of a ring and goes to voicemail. Tried to call 3 other surrounding locations and the numbers all go directly to voicemail. This is ridiculous! Over $12 for a meal and I can’t get in touch with anyone for assistance.

Like the atmosphere for a bk, ordered on the app, saw my food being made , fries was fresh, (2pm) only one thing I did not get Acknowledged till my food was being packed up (6mins standing in the lobby)

For a fast food place they’re surprisingly fast. I ordered in the app from the parking lot to save a couple dollars. The app said to sit down and wait for them to call your name when the food was ready. I was watching and somebody who ordered after me got their food so I went to the counter and asked about my order, they stated they don’t have the app so my bag of food just sat there with nobody calling out my name? Anyway my food was waiting and ready they were just waiting for somebody to come to the counter and ask for it. To be clear I was only waiting a few minutes before going to the counter. The burger is definitely better than other fast food options and the fries were fresh. The only reason for 4 stars is because the large onion ring I ordered was soggy annd kinda inedible…everything else was better than expected.
