The workers there scam their customers. Burger King has their own version of chicken wraps, they told us that the honey mustard one costs $7 because it’s bigger than the other 2 wraps they offer. Which is not the truth, each wrap costs $3 and they are all the same, they just wanted us to pay for their own meal. Will never go to this location again.

Went in for a takeout order. Upon leaving, checked the bag and was missing one Whopper, so I had to go back in to get it, and also to get sauce for onion rings since I was not asked if I needed any sauce. Upon getting home, noticed I did not receive any sauces for the 8 piece nuggets, which were dry and overcooked. All in all a bad experience. I tried to do the online survey as listed on the back of the receipt, however the receipt did not include a transaction or survey number, which is necessary to complete the survey. Amateurish operation.

Their service used to be good, but lately, like just now I went to the drive thru, I ordered with a coupon and 8 pcs of chicken nugget, and got home, the chicken nugget isn’t in the bag. I should’ve checked before leaving . My BF said, “Well, you don’t want to drive back there for an 8pcs of nugget.” With the gas prices, but still, I paid for it. I did not go back anyway.

I went in there with my son to get two Hersheys Sunday pies. Cashier came took order, he had one extra on there. So he flagged the manager to come, ma ager just looked at him like he’s crazy. Was ignored at the drive thru. Pulled up to the window to see employees just chatting it up not working. Was asked to pull around the building and they would walk out my order to me. All my food was cold. Threw away the fries. Worst Burger King ever. I usually give the benefit of the doubt, but three bad experiences in a row. It’s really gone down hill.

We came in to order and eat in. Someone in front of us had an issue and left after getting a refund. We ordered to eat in got a table. The only one clean. We waited for 20 minutes. Went to check on where the food we ordered was. The staff were standing around outside or eating and had forgotten to make our food.. no wonder Burger King is flopping!

Went here one time after moving to Waukesha from Milwaukee. Food was inedible; service was curse and rude; super slow for a drive thru with no one else waiting. I would never chance a second stop at this Burger King. Since then, though I drive by every day, there’s never more than 0≤2 drive-thru or parked cars any day, any time. Has to be something terribly wrong with this franchisee; maybe Burger King in general? Overall, I’m not willing to ever go to another Burger King, especially since the Milwaukee locations were getting bad as well.
