Around 1 pm, there was a female employee with tattoos on her neck that could not get our order correct, even after correcting her three times. We ended up giving up and driving away with incorrect food because it had already taken 15 minutes at that point. There was only one other car behind us.

If I could give zero star, I would unorganized never have anything to keep you waiting for food that shouldn’t take any more than five minutes to get your food. Where is Burger King I’ve ever dealt with had an incident where they wouldn’t refund the money either. Management is poor and the staff is horrible. They never have anything and then they wait to tell you after you’ve paid that they don’t have it available and refused to refund your money I need to really be shut down. We never see any activity in this place and it’s because of the service.

Came in on 8/30, ordered 2 bacon cheese burgers to go. Sat in the waiting area for over 30 min waiting, no apologies, no acknowledgement that I was even here. The cashier was rude when taking the order, like I was am inconvenience. Was given no receipt, a post it with a hand written number. Multiple drive thru customers had to come in to get their orders since no one was bringing them outside. This is clearly a very poorly ran establishment and it makes sense why there are not many others left in town.

I went there with a bigger order tonight and when I got home I was missing 2 burgers. I tried calling 3 times (no answer). I went back to inform them. The individual that was taking the orders was also the one making the orders. I want to say how nice and respectful this man was (long black hair!) I actually feel bad that this place has (at sometimes) rude individuals and don’t seem to care. I hope this location can find some better workers. Kudos to this young man!

If there was an option to give zero ⭐️ I would have chosen it. The employees that worked on 8/25/2021 in the afternoon at this restaurant are immature, lazy, careless, and disrespectful! This is the worst food I’ve had all year and I’m beyond disgusted with what I ended up with after leaving the drive-thru in my bag! I will NEVER eat here again! I will advise everyone I know, and anyone that reads this to steer clear of this Burger King. Can’t even rank which this visit was worse for…. Food or service…. They are neck and neck….Not to mention they got our order incorrect too! That’s ok though…. It was so gross tasting it ended up in the trash! Old, old fries, flat pop, burgers incorrect toppings…..

I had the large “bacon king” meal. The patty here is always top tier in the fast food game (flame-broiled is no joke), and today was no different. As for the bacon, there was an ample amount of normal-cut. The ketchup was lacking to my taste, but that didn’t detract from the meal too much. The meal comes with a large soda and fries.

Terrible, terrible, very terrible service, I always have a hard time picking up from this location as dasher. I took my daughters to this location to grab lunch and the drive thru girl was absolutely rude and disrespectful. Walked inside to complain and realized right away managers was terrified of these kids that was working with them. The drive thru girl so called fiance was a little bottle neck kid acting tough. We found this amusing.

Got skipped in the drive thru twice, then they screwed up my order had to go through the drive thru a second time and wait, and they still got it wrong. When I called to complain she told me I said something I wouldn’t even eat? Why would I tell you something I wouldn’t even eat? So they refused to give me a credit. All burger kings have gone down hill. You work at burger King, how hard is your job that you can’t get a whopper with cheese plain right? Yet my receipt is accurate

The woman at the drive thru window failed to inform me that the cup she was handing me was over filled and it spilled all down my arm. At no point did she apologize she simply stated it was overfilled as is was spilling down my arm. She didn’t even offer me napkins even after she saw the drink spill on me.
