Food is never hot and there is always stuff either missing, or wrong with the order. Managment is either not told, or just doesn’t care. Even when you ask them to make sure everything is there because there have been problems every time, they still can’t seem to do that.

Out of stock on half the menu, never makes anything right. Too lazy to clean shake machine so that’s always “down” or “being cleaned”. If you order on doordash they have started just not even telling the dasher about missing items and they claim it’s all there. Truly some trash people here.

They’re machines are frequently down or they’ll be out of popular items or sauces. I tend to wait a long time for food as I am always asked to pull around to wait for them to bring it out, the dining room is closed now off and on without notice. They’re fairly accurate compared to some restaurants. Prices are decent for amount of food. Food was decent in taste, freshness and temperature.

Melannie, angel, tim and Lucy were so accommodating to my family and I. We met half way to have breakfast and exchange gifts for Christmas. We were 20 mins late for breakfast and they went ahead and made us some breakfast crossiants. They were so nice and wonderful. 100% recommend this Burger King!
