Rude man though drive in. I stated I wanted the 6$ way meal he said we don’t have that anymore and I was like it’s on your sign. He proceeded to type it in and it popped up the screen spicy chicken fries and I asked to switch it original fries not spicy. He said that he couldn’t change it. I said you might have to redo it he said no they can’t do substitutions, which it isn’t a substitution. I said come out to see the sign and he said no I don’t have to serve you and hung the mic up.

Today, July 13 we stopped to get a burger, the one in Saukville. Not to be confused with another. We stood at the counter waiting, and waiting, and waiting. Two workers, if you want to call them that, didn’t acknowledge us at all. They saw us!! Didn’t ask if they could help, just totally ignored us. WE LEFT!

We ordered 2 whopper Jr’s. One no cheese. The other with cheese no pickles,no tomatoes, extra lettuce and onion in both. We ended up with one with no cheese and just lettuce and onion. The other with cheese, with everything. They mixed them up. We ordered 2 rodeo burgers and they used the wrong sauce. Side note: we always order extra lettuce and onion because every time we order we get maybe 2 tiny bits of lettuce and a tiny piece of onion. It’s so frustrating when a simple order is messed up.

As someone with a disability, stores will allow me to go through drive thru to pick up my orders, a reasonable accommodation. I’d like to note, if the store is really busy, I will forgo the drive thru to prevent clogging up the line. This morning there was a delivery truck blocking every handicap space and one other person in drive-thru. I went through drive thru and was told I had to go inside. Upon explaining I was disabled, I was ignored. I parked 40′ from the door as the designated spots were being used for deliveries and walked into the store. I asked the woman again if this policy applied to people who are disabled. She rudely explained it did. I’ve never been met with such utter lack of human decency. I’m assuming it’s because while wearing pants you can’t see my disability, and my age makes it hard to believe. I’ve never felt so discriminated against in my life. I will be contacting the ADA to report this.

Place is absolutely horrible. I probably don’t have to tell anyone this all you have to do is look how dead this place is. I’d recommend not ordering food and just pulling off.

Food was marginal. Had a fish sandwich and it was not fresh. Service was lacking because the young man behind the counter was either really high or stupid or both. The restaurant was clean and orderly.

We will not be doing business at this Burger King again. I waited in the drive-through for 26 minutes. When I finally made it to the window, the young man ran my card and gave it back. By the time the food was delivered, I did not check the bag before leaving. We did not get our drinks or my son’s sandwich. My sandwich was not the one I ordered, and all three orders of fries were old. For $10+ per meal, I would recommend the McDonald’s or Dairy Queen at the same intersection.

The staff were super friendly and nice. But the fries were slightly cold. The whopper was tasty!

Spent 35 minutes in the drive through – they actually forgot about us until one guy *got out of his car* and went inside to remind them about us. In other visits, food has been cold and incorrectly made. McDonald’s across the street is faster and more reliable.
