This place is cheeks, the person in drive thru put me on hold, left the headset on and said sorry I was in the bathroom. Then I tried to order a number one with no onions or tomatoes she asked me to hold on, then she said what I asked for and wanted to know if I didn’t want pickles or lettuce. I said nah just no onions or tomatoes. Then I tried to order a coke, the had 3 sodas to choose from none being coke. i stopped here at burger king in Delafield, Wisconsin first off they wouldn’t give me a receipt telling me the machine was broke only way it’s broke is if there’s no paper didn’t make any sense then didn’t give me straws my auntie sprite was yellow nasty my coke was nasty the burgers where cold just reminded me why i don’t go to burger king but my auntie wanted it so i got it for her i use to work for a burger king in west allis when it was privately owned and ran so amazing definitely won’t be back the lady needs to check her attitude too and do her job the proper way

Went out of the way to come here. I wanted some BK onion rings for sone reason. They were not open at 7PM on a Saturday. Maybe they are living in a different time zone. Maybe they meant everyday except this one particular day I decided to stop in. See my photo. Oh well. I won’t make may way here again. How is every other place in the area open?

I’ve been going on a regular basis for a while. Ever since the regular guy (before and during the holidays) has been gone, killed it for me. He wasn’t always social but always did his job. Always had our food right too. Drive through was closed today even though website said 9. If you’re going to close things change your website. Someone else got my business today. Not sure if I’ll be back because this was out of my way for it to be closed. More convenient to go to the other place. Love Burger King but you falling apart…

Since the “New Owner Ship” took over, and changed the hours I will not be going back! No breakfast served and they do not open till 11am! The new owner should just shut this location down and never open it again! Have employees show up late, was told we won’t open for 10 more minutes because an employee didn’t show up on time! What a badly run store!
