So far with this Burger King it is turned around very greatly! I’ve got to say! Including the food! But tonight I witnessed pretty much a high school manager dissing a senior cook like any teenager would. This man needs to be replaced and or taught some manners. That is all!

Went so the grandkids could play a little, but the AC WASN’T WORKING in the whole store, but in the play area temperature, it was over 85* in there with temp set at 60* and it wasn’t doing ANYTHING grandkids had sweat running down their face just sitting there. Said something, and the employees said they had said something to the higher ups weeks ago and NEVER heard back. Even the dinner room was over 80* would’ve been more comfortable sitting in the sun. Doubt if we will EVER go back to this store!!

We come here often for my kids to play in the play area. On Saturday afternoon there was an elder lady who is incredibly rude. I witnessed her being very rude to a group of teenagers. They came in as paying customers and she told them they couldn’t be in here hanging out. They had just walked through the door and she assumed they were here to hangout, but they were here to get food. I feel bad because they weren’t sticking up for themselves. Grew up with this place. Quality waxes and wanes regarding food. Employees are chill though. Drinks are mediocre; yet this is one of the better places to get frozen Cokes in the QC. It’s better with friends or family than solo. This place had more personality ~a decade ago, and is very drab and sterile inside today. It’s not god tier, but it’s solidly mid tier overall.

The team member at the speaker was very rude. She was an elderly lady with short gray hair. I had trouble with ordering, I said “can I do the 2 for 6?” breakfast as I usually order and I was met with “2 for 6 what? all you said was that, I don’t know what you’re talking about. 2 for 6 biscuits? crossiants?” I took this personally as I felt like it could’ve been a lot more nicer. Whether it be “okay, 2 for 6 crossiant or biscuit?” or even explaining the way it works to me as I clearly didn’t know or understand. it ended up being the 2 for 5 but as stated the team member was just really rude, saying things like “okay so what do you want” and repeating herself after I already stated what I would’ve liked. For Ex. “double or single because 2 for 6 is double” I said “single please”, she said “okay so which one?” and I felt I HAD to say “2 for 5” and not once was I rude to this lady. I kept apologizing for the misunderstanding and saying thank you, you know, minding my manners and she just didn’t care to be nice even after I wasn’t giving her any attitude. I don’t understand why people need to be this way. I asked for grape jelly at the end of everything for my 2 sandwiches and she gave me 1 and I felt that was petty. I am not expecting from this chain of course but I just needed to rant about how my experience here was anything but nice.

Great service! I ordered six whoppers with a lot of changes to the toppings, the employees got all my order exactly how I requested it. The employees are friendly and very fast. The location has been recently renovated.
