I don’t mind having to pull ahead to the 3rd window to wait on freshly cooking onion rings, but then get home and I have fries instead is just troubling. Plus I paid more for the o-rings. Maybe the issue is that the receipts don’t print well, you can’t read them, and maybe that is what the workers use to fill the order? I don’t know. Something needs to be improved.

Burger King is one of my favorite fast food restaurants because it’s one of the few that offer plant-based options. My experience with the staff has been good. Although some of them are inexperienced, they always make a good effort. The Burger King establishments tend to be cleaner in my experience than some other fast food restaurants as well. I don’t do fast food restaurants a lot but when I do Burger King is my go-to.

Breakfast time and only one other car. Had to wait about 10 minutes for food, and the hashbrowns were not fresh at all. Once I got my food, then I had to wait another 5 minutes to get an iced coffee that did t have any ice. No one apologized or explained for the long wait.

I called the restaurant tonight just to check on my order and I was trying to see if the door dasher came in contact with this business seeing as tho it took 35 minutes for my order to be made and the woman whom answered the phone made a statement that if I wanted my food to be made faster, I should come apply and make it myself and hung up the phone…very rude…I’ve managed over a dozen of restaurants and never would I have condoned any of my employees to be so disrespectful…this happened at 9:45pm this evening…next time I decide on a late night bite…it won’t be here…it’s going to be a very long time before I decide to give this restaurant any of my business
