The male boy manager in charge of Night Shift needs to be fired. He disrespects his fellow employees right in front of customer View and ear. Nobody feels like working for him. I do not want to come back if that man isn’t going. He is a disgrace to the food service industry and only wants his check. All of your other staff are phenomenal! Just that one gentleman that runs night shift that clearly is only there for him.

Customer service was non existent. Took 10 minutes standing at the counter before someone even acknowledged anyone was waiting to be served. Once my order was taken, after nearly 20 minutes, my order was mixed up with one sent out the window to a drive through customer. Next time I stop, it will be worth the walk across the street to the competition.

Nice, clean restrooms. The inside eating area was also very nice and clean. The employee that took my order was super friendly with an authentic smile. The team seemed to mesh well being it was the lunch rush hour. The restaurant sits right near the river and offers really good views for it’s location in town. The parking is very accommodating and the vibes inside were very pleasant. I will definitely be returning to this one for many more lunches to come! Well done!

I was very unsatisfied with the customer service. To start it off they messed up the drinks which wasn’t a big deal I pushed that to the side. However when I looked in my bag and couldn’t find the fries I had ordered and paid for they were not there. I asked if the fries were taking longer or if they had simply forgot them and they rudely gave me a snarky look and said that they were getting the fries now and I should calm down. I work in customer service and I know we simply forget things sometimes and I was not being rude by any means. I then pulled away from the drive thru when I got the fries and didn’t have any straws so I pulled into the parking lot and walked in. I kindly smiled and asked the girl at the register if I could have three straws and see behind her that the women working the window rolls her eyes and told her that I was the one being disrespectful and rude and made a snarky comment and walked away. I am extremely unsatisfied with the customer service and will not be going back I would prefer somewhere that respects me as I do them.

The hash browns were rancid, the coffee was luke warm and the customer service was none-existent. What was supposed to be a quick stop on my road trip turned out to be an eternal nightmare. I was the only patron in the restaurant yet, it took the guy at the register 15 minutes to punch in my order – #2 with a large coffee. To top it off, the guy’s shirt was as filthy as the floors in the kitchen area. Needless to say, I threw out the non-edible meal but not before I returned the tots. The manager seemed to have knowledge of the stale food but admitted nothing. If no apology was offered do you think I got a refund? Those are $10 I will never get back.
