My husband and I went to location to get the 2 for $12.00 meals. We placed our order but was charged $2.00 more for the meals. The cashier asked for a manager or supervisor to question the price. She claimed that there was a new price for the meals and she could not change it. We explained to her that what she was doing was against the Consumer Protection Laws. It is false advertising to charge more than the price on the menu board. She said that her drawers would be short if she charged the menu board price. There are ways to adjust the order. Her solution was to turn that menu board off. We walked out and went to another restaurant. We went to another Burger King and was charged the price that was on the menu board.

One of the worst! I asked for fresh food and it’s sad that u have to ask! Got to the window and it was ready, I asked the girl in drive thru are those fries fresh and she assured me they were. I drove off and didn’t get ketchup so drove back around, they thought I was coming back bc I realized my fries were old, I heard the cook yelling if she wants fresh fries I’ll drop em, I asked the lady manager why they would give me old fries when I ASKED for fresh and then lie about it? She started to lie again until I told her I heard them talking…then she just looked stupid….ALWAYS go in and watch them if possible…FIRE that female manager with the dark hair and glasses

Make sure to check your bag before leaving especially if you order inside. I ordered a total of 5 items and only got 4, they wouldn’t give me my money back for the item they left out but was only willing to give me the food. I’m not driving back to that location to fix their issue. Everytime I have went to this location it’s been an issue 2 out of 3 times in the past year.

I ate inside the restaurant on Friday night at around 6.00 PM on 2/24. It looks nice inside. However, after 20 minutes waiting for 2 combos, I asked about my food, only to find my order wasn’t even up on the screen anymore. I then waited 10 more minutes while I heard the person at the front counter ask for my sandwich 3 times. After 30 minutes of waiting, my food was okay, but my wife’s Whopper Jr with cheese that was supposed to have no onions and no pickles, instead had no tomatoes, no cheese, and did have onions and pickles. At this point we were in a hurry, so she ate it since we had already wasted 30 minutes. I tried to stay kind as I told the guy at the counter what had happened, and his response was “I’m working with new people”. No apology, no offer to make up for it. To her credit, the lady that was working the drive thru did come up and say she was sorry for our experience. Unfortunately she seemed to be the only one that cared.

I went to Burger King on W. Broadway. Found out they had Iced Coffee. Had the Mocha flavor (they also have vanilla). Usually I don’t like fast food Iced Coffee but was not disappointed. Hope this isn’t a limited time item.

Just go to the one on 16th and Broadway. I normally come to this location but will be going down the street from now on. Last night the wait was ridiculous, altogether the time I spent in the drive thru was about 15 minutes and then my order was wrong so I had to wait even longer to get it fixed. This isn’t my first bad experience here either, things like this happen regularly and it’s 50/50 whether or not my order is right. At this point it’s faster to just go literally anywhere else.
