If I could give a zero I would first employ we interacted with was nice and told us we could order through there drive-through window since their lobby was closed. We went to look at the menu when we came back there was a lady who told us that we could not order through the drive through window on foot unless we were truck drivers. We were on a field trip on a bus… not like we can drive the bus through and there wasn’t a single car in the drive through line so we weren’t in the way. overall customer service was horrible and I will never eat here again. Go to Culver’s better food and customer service.

Service was quick considering only two people were working. One car ahead of me in the drive thru and no customers inside but they still got my order wrong. Check before you leave, I waited 20 minutes as I drove home then discovered that Whoppers now come with cheese that you don’t ask for at this BK.

Husband went through the drive thru. Ordered tea, dessert, and a rodeo burger that was supposed to come with cheese, bacon, mayo, onion rings, and bbq sauce…no tea, no dessert, and burger came with two rings and a dab of bbq sauce-missing everything else…pathetic.

I really wanted to give this place a shot. I do like the franchise itself. But this location and their staff need more training. I’ve been here three times total and each time has left me to dissatisfied. First order they misunderstood me and gave me a smaller meal and I also ordered a shake and they didn’t even give me a spoon or a straw ( I got takeout and I noticed by the time I left). The second time I went, I ordered two sandwiches. And they gave me the wrong sandwich and so it must have been someone’s order (drive thru). And the third time I tried delivery, they forgot my drink. And I couldn’t do anything about it since it was through delivery. So will refrain going here for a couple months and I’d advise the same.

I was looking for a quick bite for lunch noticed Culver’s right next door was completely full drive up and dine in. So I noticed Burger King next door had no one in drive up and 2 cars in dine in so I thought winner! I went right up to drive up ordered number 1 nothing special. Pulled up to window, paid and got my drink, waited couple of minutes then they asked me to pull up to wait on fries. After about 10 minutes of waiting the brought out food and apologized for waiting. I noticed there was a beautiful blue F150 I would have been behind at Culver’s but they had 6 cars in front of them. The thing about it was they made it thru quicker then I did with being the only car in drive up at this Burger King.

I am a fan of Burger King but not this one (yet). I understand finding reliable help can be challenging. This particular store may retain more customers just by not being open. We experienced a 15 minute wait while there were only two other guests in the store. One of those guests told us that we’d better go check on our food or we may not get it, they were right. Unfortunately inexperienced / poorly trained employees may doom this clean, recently built B.K.

Would give this place 0 stars. First time going to this location. The food was absolutely disgusting food was cold and the fry’s and onion rings were old, like they have just been sitting in their warmer bin. We will never go back to this location ever. Nasty cold food and gross drinks we couldn’t eat any of it. Very very disappointed. They need to do better
