They should get ZERO STARS. Arrived at the drive thru more than an hour before their posted closing time. No one answered the call button. Proceeded to the window without placing an order. Talked to one young man who took my order. Then he closed the window and talked to a second young man. The second young man opened the window and told me that they couldn’t take my order because their broiler was turned off because they were closing in 10 minutes. What?! How can you stay in business when you turn away customers (especially when there is no notice that they are closing an hour early)? WORST customer service EVER!

Im only giving 1 star because 0 is not a option. I do not suggest ordering breakfast from this location. I placed my order at/around 9 am. Was told a dasher would not start until 10 am and that my order was confirmed and they were in the process of making my food. Long story short, I get a message after 11 am saying my order cannot be completed now because it is after breakfast serving time. So I call Burger King and speak to the manager who was not at all helpful and didn’t even offer a replacement order and refused to pay me my money back. I would have taken a gift card even. But because of the way I was dealt with they get 0 stars. My door dasher Corey was very helpful and apologetic and made sure I received my money back via door dash cus suddenly I had a credit on DoorDash from door dash. I think BK accepted my order, then forgot about it. The customer service at BK needs improvement as well.

I wish I could rate a zero. My mother ordered a fish sandwich with tomato and union, when we got it it had no onion, no tomato and no sauce. I went back in to get a new one, they gave me a new one alright with a tiny tomato and one pickle, STILL NO SAUCE. I called them to complain, we already ate them because we had to go to a different city, the guy said to return them, to replace them. I also ordered a sandwich with ONLY ketchup and EXTRA pickles, it had mustard, when I told him this he said I did not say ONLY. When I said that we ate them he did not answer me, he was silent so I hung up. Other places I went to I got my sandwich for free. I would not recommend. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN. This is not the first time. It is not like it will take me a few minutes to get into town.
