Service is extremely slow I’ve been sitting in this drive-thru for 10 minutes waiting on my food after I ordered it

I have never been the only car in the drive through and waited 20 minutes in line for fast food… The worker dropped the whole meal on the floor, then tried charging us for a meal that was $22 when ours was only $6. She also couldn’t fill up the drinks somehow and just soaked the outside then threw them in the trash. No straw either. She apologized and was very nice about it and we ended up getting our food but it took forever

My wife likes the Whopper burger. That’s what I ordered, but I really don’t feel like it’s that great. My wife was a bit surprised when the cashier answered her cell in the middle of the order. The cashier told the caller she couldn’t talk, hung up and apologized, but still, why even have your cell phone when working the counter?

You have to be some kind of special to work here. Tons of employees working all on phones or eating behind counter. They all look like the bathe in the grease. Never get napkins and always have to remind them for condiments after already asked. Repeat order constantly into poor intercom or maybe it’s just the worker. I wait forever for food, being the only one in the drive thru. Always cold and wrong. Everyone wearing mask incorrect since order put in place. Sure that’s healthy! All inbreds I’m sure.

Well the first time they gave me the wrong burger, and I called and talked to a manager. He apologized, took my name, and told me it would be fixed next time I came no problem. Well when I came the second time to get my burger there was an older red head lady that was extremely mean. First she told me I needed a receipt and she cant fix it, the manager doesnt write names down. There was one car behind me and she said they were way to busy to worry about giving me a free burger. I have never met anybody as mean as this red headed lady. She yelled st the person in the drive thru behind me at the speaker and said you need to be patient I’m dealing with someone else. They need to get rid of her and get a better system. Absolutely disgusted with this place. Go somewhere else. She was unprofessional, mean, and doesnt need to work there. Shes bringing the business down.

It’s was a normal Friday night like any other, a few Philly kids driving up to the Poconos for some fishing. Around 10 o’clock, we stopped to get some food. Pulled up to the drive through. What happened next can’t be well described with words. The most professional, efficient, and pleasant gentlemen took our order. He had true skills and was a master of craft. He knew every question to ask in order to perfect our requests. Dipping sauce, spicy or normal, the size, etc. I never thought someone could take the drive thru window and turn it into such a magical experience. Bravo sir, you are truly the Burger King.

Not the best representation of a good Burger King. The place honestly feels like a school cafeteria. Empty walls, very few tables, even the one poster on the wall has been there so long it was almost faded out. The food tastes like BK, that is one good thing, but for me I’m not going to that one again.

Stopped at the drive through on my way home from work around 9:30 PM. Sat at the speaker/menu for literally 5 minutes (I was watching the time) and no one took my order. Drove around the building thinking maybe they closed (even though a quick Google search said they are open until midnight) and there were two guys just standing there doing nothing. No customers were inside. All the lights, speaker, menu were lit up. But no service. I ended up getting McDonald’s even though I really wanted some chicken fries. As a side note, the last time I had BK (different location) my whopper only had a patty, cheese and ketchup. Very disappointing considering I have always enjoyed BK over other fast food places.

Very bad service. Workers talk about what ever they want when customers inside. I am so tired of getting an original chicken sandwich that was cooked in old grease/oil. It isn’t even hot, and when I ask for another one, it’s just a dark brown hot one. I work in town and it sucks so bad. Their burgers gave me a stomach ache the last two times I ate there.
