So the cashiers and order takers were nice and the food was OK. The onions rings and mozerella sticks were great But both sandwiches had almost no condiments no cheese on the burger. It seems like management doesn’t care enough about its staff to do anything to encourage them to enjoy their job. It’s a shame becuase the staff was rather nice.

We ordered 3 bacon king meals. The burgers and fries were cold, and the bacon kings only had 2 slices of bacon instead of the 6 they are supposed to have. Didn’t even bother to try and have them fixed because it seemed like a big deal that we asked for salt and pepper, so we figured it wouldn’t be a good idea to ask for them to be fixed…

When we first went inside, the employees were blasting musc in the kitchen. The manager seemed to be to bothered to make sure that our food order was correct. We ordered three bacon King meals, and there were only two small pieces of bacon on the burger instead of the normal 5 or 6. The fries were old and chewy. The lobby wasn’t very clean as multiple tables needed a good wipe down. We will never return to this store ever.

Went thru the drive thru. Three sandwiches were wrong. Parked and went inside to get the correct sandwiches. Ordered a whopper and was overcharged for a double whopper with bacon. Waited in the restaurant for 45 min. before canceling the order and demanding a refund. Workers gave the excuse that they had to help drive thru customers first. The manager did not know how to refund the credit card. Handed him my receipt, and he lost it. Waited another 1/2 hr. for another manager to come from home. He couldn’t do it and told me to call the next day. I called, and the manager then said he couldn’t refund because he didn’t have access to prior day transactions. Now I have to wait until the charge clears and dispute the charge thru my bank. We left with no food, and they had my money. Best advice always check before leaving the pick-up window and pay with cash. Don’t go to BK in Sparta, MI. The cook/manager had greasy hair, filthy clothes, and sweat dripping from his face… disgusting.

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars! This is one of the dirtiest, nastiest Burger Kings I’ve ever been in!! Employees just standing around inside, also standing outside smoking. There weren’t any customers inside when we arrived, and the place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days! Bathrooms included! I wouldn’t advise ANYONE to eat here!!

Wow, this place is filthy! Every table needs to be washed, the baby chairs are disgusting, half of the lightbulbs need to be replaced, the floor looks like it’s never been swept or moped. Employees standing around, the manager needs to make sure they clean when they aren’t busy.

I get ghost pepper burger and this what I got. The burger was so dry. The fries are cold. The girl on the register was rude. Every time I go to the Burger King they always mass up my order. They are very slow but the food comes out cold even when I have been waiting for a while.

Walked in to order food. Front counter cashier had her back turned to me and with every car that pulled up she was screaming “oh my god!”. Some one mentioned she had a customer at front counter. She looked at me and I smiled and waved, she rolled her eyes and turned her back to me again while proceeding to do whatever it was she was obviously not happy doing. Not even a greeting. I walked out and didn’t want to be treated like a burden for trying to buy food. Kudos kiddo. Get a different job if you’re that unhappy.
