I usually just get a regular coffee or the vanilla iced coffee. The staff there are consistently polite, positive and upbeat. It can be a very busy location for it’s drive thru and the staff work hard to keep it going. I appreciate being able to get my coffee there in the morning on my way to campus. Arrived about 730 PM the door to the dining room was locked so we went through the drive thru to place our order, the crew member handed the bag out the window then turned her back to us while sipping on a beverage, the order was checked by the driver and one order of fries was missing as the driver was getting the attention of the crew member she took another sip of her drink rolled her eyes and then turned around to answer the driver to let the cashier know a fry was missing she asked again how many fries was in the bag the driver said one and she gave us another fry. Such BAD customer service was given for one order of french fries. If I was spending my money I would have gave her the food back and asked for my money back. If I could give them a negative star I would.
