This place is “meh”. Drive-thru is slow & the last time I went my order was wrong. The lady at the window handed me my bag & said “I almost screwed that up”. The person taking the order at the speaker is rude, abrupt and keeps asking “is that all?” after every single item you order and then will ask you to repeat the entire order. When you get to the window the workers are much friendlier. My husband did notice an older lady working the window lately has a dirty work shirt on like she never washes it. Most consistent BK in the area in my experience. I’ve never had an issue with order accuracy, though I do use the mobile app 99% of the time. There have been staffing issues (once I arrived and the place was completely empty, despite doors being open and lights being on), but the staff – when they’re there – are always great. Best burger king we’ve been to in this area in the last year, actually it’s probably one of the best fast food places period we’ve been to in this area. Went through the drive-thru. Food was very hot and fresh. All sandwiches were made correctly and fries seemed like they just came out, chicken nuggets seemed like they just came out also. Probably the second time in a year we’ve gotten hot fries out of all the places we’ve been too. Service was excellent. Order came out fast and workers were very polite. Would definitely recommend this place if you want good hot food with great service.
